FELLOWSHIP AFTER MASS: We are starting back up with refreshments in the Teresa Room following Mass. Coffee and water, cookies or pastries.

There is a sign-up sheet on the wall in the Teresa Room just over the fellowship table.

Please write your name on the Sunday for which you want to bring cookies; the church provides drinks.

help wanted – Mats Ministry really needs a coordinator.

MATS MINISTRY "REGROUP"

For those of you who joined in the Mats Ministry Reboot last month, thank you. The ministry hopes to keep the momentum going in providing plastic yarn to our crocheters.

Gratefully, we've added TWO new crocheters: Marie and Mandy, who will help in producing mats. But we can always use more cutters as well as those who might wish to make plastic yarn.

Still praying for a coordinator for this ministry...has the Holy Spirit nudged you yet?

Mark your calendars...next REGROUP is Sunday, August 22nd, after Mass. ALL are welcome, whether you're new and interested in taking part in some way or if you have something to turn in and need more supplies. Hope to see you on the 22nd!

AUGUST IS BACKPACK AND TOTE BAG MONTH!!

Take advantage of the great deals on back packs to upgrade yours. Then wash your old one and donate it to us!

The Parking Lot Gang will pop up our pantry at Praise The Lord Ministries, 900 S. MLK , St. Pete on August 14, 2021, alongside Celebrate Outreach. Celebrate Outreach will provide food packages that include a hot, nourishing breakfast and supplemental food for the next day or two.

PLG will be honored to provide clean clothes to anyone who needs them. We will also be providing hygiene items and "to go" food that can be eaten at a later time with no prep necessary.

Volunteer Opportunities for this event: Friday August 13th, 6PM load the vehicles. Meet at Church Saturday August 14, 8AM meet at the Parking lot. (you can park at the Crab House across the street) Saturday August 14, approx. 11AM unload the vehicles. Meet at Church for more information, or to volunteer, please email stocccplg@gmail.com.

REQUEST FROM THE VIRTUAL CHOIR We are looking for a member(s) of the Saint Teresa of Calcutta congregation to help us out. We are looking for people who likes to sing. “Fingers Bill” will send you the MP3 or a URL from Youtube and the Choral sheet via Email. During the week at your leisure, listen to the MP3 or URL from Youtube and sing along with the Choral sheet to practice. To begin with it, it will either be the Gathering or Sending Hymn that you choose to sing-a-long with. This sounds easy, you choose the song, the day and time you want to rehearse with us the Virtual Choir because we are at your disposal. Now the catch, Sunday you will go to the Microphone and sing the song you chose along with the Virtual Choir and the congregation. Think of it as “Religious Karaoke”!
