One-way prices Lucerne—Interlaken or vice versa. A group is defined as a minimum of 10 people. The tour guide travels free of charge (FOC). All information is subject to change without notice.

Ticket

1. Please kindly provide us with your credit card details via payment link for incorporation within our reservation system.

2. Upon making a group reservation, our system will create your group ticket (eTicket)

3. 6 days before the trip you will receive the group ticket by e-mail together with the details of the specific seating that has been reserved.

4. Your tour guide is no longer required to go to the ticket counter before the train’s departure. This saves time.

5. On the train, the tour guide must show two documents:

a) Group ticket (e-ticket).

b) Group reservation confirmation.

Important notice: To ensure timely issuance of e-tickets, it is essential that credit card details are saved well via payment link in advance of the scheduled visit. E-tickets are only sent once the payment has been successfully completed.

Please send us a message with the following information: Company, travel date, group name, number of persons, departure station, departure time, arrival station and your desired class of service (1 st or 2 nd class).
