Brine steam bath at around 45 °C it’s the perfect choice for those who don’t want it so hot; the brine works ‘little miracles’ on colds and sicknesses. Biosauna this is also organic, and at around 60 °C this sauna doesn’t stress your circulation and the light therapy provides an additional sense of wellbeing. REST AND RELAXATION ROOMS Bread bath relaxation room A particular highlight is the bread bath relaxation room on the upper floor. Even hundreds of years ago farmers knew and appreciated the

Classic massage techniques are used along with other techniques and it responds to the needs of the athlete as well as specific problems caused by the sport. Taking into account athletes are robust, the massage is strong so the body is prepared for upcoming physical demands and is supplied with blood. Cramps caused during sport can be treated with a stretching technique that is part of the sports massage. After sports the massage is regenerative and relaxing.

Warmed stones of various sizes are put on the body; the masseur then begins to massage the legs with two stones. Mostly basalt stones made of natural lava are used as these absorb the high temperature of around 55 °C very well. The hot stone massage promotes blood circulation and the removal of toxins (a waste product of the body). The immune system is strengthened and internal organs are activated.
