“I was treating a young patient this week and we got talking whilst waiting for the surgeon (an old Michaelian!). He is now at Uni and when he asked where my kids were at school his comment was “I always thought I went to the wrong school, don't get me wrong, I really liked my school but every person I have ever met that went to St Michael’s is so ridiculously socially adjusted its crazy, they kind of already know how to live in the world - what is that place?” , lucky the surgeon took a while, so I had time to explain :) , when I had finished he said “Man, I wish I did go to school there, it simply sounds amazing, I “I cannot tell you how thankful I am the girls are at SMGS. You continue to be outstanding in your communication and innovation through this ‘COVID-world’. Inspirational and acknowledging all, including the entire school community – it is a remarkable effort – and I know from speaking to parents from other schools, SMGS is certainly outshining in your dedication
