Bereavement Support Group Program

Through a 3-part program, participants are led toward becoming reconciled with and transformed by their bereavement experience. Together, they share their grieving experiences, prayer and study of the text and journal, “Understanding Your Grief” by Alan Wolfeit, PhD.

Cub Scout Pack 439 encourages boys and girls, in 1st-5th Grade, to make friends, be helpful to others, and do their very best, no matter the outcome. With the help of powerful learning projects and exciting outdoor activities, we aim to teach children that doing their best can be fun and rewarding — no matter the difficulty of the challenge. The Daily Cup Women’s Fellowship Group

Our mission is to support each other in our spiritual walk, through easy-to-follow bible studies, uplifting conversations and prayer. The Daily Cup supports families in need during the holidays and collects school supplies and uniforms to help STM families in need during the school year.

Department of Religious Education

Geared for children in grades K-8 attending public or private school, classes meet on Sunday mornings, 8:45-10:10AM during the school-year, to help children become disciples of Christ and prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation. Following 9AM Mass on select Sundays, Family Events offer family members of all ages the opportunity to learn about the Catholic Faith and ways to live it every day.

Divine Mercy Mission

Our mission is to live the message of Divine Mercy through praying the DM Chaplet; performing corporal and spiritual works of mercy; ongoing study of the message to its fullness; and spreading Christ’s message of Divine Mercy whenever and wherever possible. Faith Study/Retreat Programs

Our Mission is to present solidly Catholic programs by The Marians of the Immaculate Conception, designed to enkindle in hearts an ardent and burning love for Christ and His Church. Flame of Love Prayer Group

Girl Scouts

Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place, by helping them discover their inner strength, passions, and talents.Troops include girls in grades K-12 and meet at various times to work on earning badges and service projects. STM Women’s Guild

The mission of the Guild is to bring together parish women of all ages to serve our church, school and community. Through its membership, the Women’s Guild acts to support women of Catholic faith in leadership, service, spirituality and to use their talents to assist the congregation in various ways. Some of our favorite events and outreach include: Christmas Adopt A Family gift drive; Anniversary Mass, celebrating and honoring the marriage milestones of parish couples; Designer Bag Bingo supporting Cay Galgon Life House; Parish Festival bake sale; Sponsorship of Formed.org, providing parishioners online access to Catholic content. Prime Time Clubs

This club is for the benefit of older adults of the Diocese of Allentown. Its purpose is to provide a place where members can meet regularly to share friendship and common concerns. Its focus includes spiritual, intellectual, social, economic and political needs of its members. Our meetings throughout the year include entertainment, speakers and refreshments. Respect Life Ministry

Our mission is witness to the sanctity of all human life, from conception to natural death, within our parish, our community and our country. Our work supports the 4 Respect Life Pillars established by the US Council of Catholic Bishops: I. Prayer, II. Pastoral Care, III. Information & Education, IV. Public Policy. Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

R.C.I.A. provides an opportunity for those interested in learning more about the Catholic Church, and guides people to the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. The sessions run on Tuesday evenings from September to May. The group also meets at 10:30AM Mass on Sundays from December through Palm Sunday. A committed team of volunteers supports growth in the Christian community through prayer, Scripture, study, and witness.

St.Thomas More School Board

The STM School Board is an advisory committee to the Pastor and Principal. The Board is composed of up to nine (9) appointed members, three (3) teachers, and five (5) ex-officio members. The Board tries to meet monthly during the school year. For logistical and confidentiality purposes, monthly meetings are closed to the public. However, if you have an item you would like to bring before the Board at a meeting or have any questions, please contact the Board via stmboard@ stmteachers.org.

St. Vincent de Paul Ministry

A Catholic lay organization that aspires to live the gospel message by seeing Christ in the poor with love, respect, justice, hope and joy and by working to shape a more just and compassionate society. We meet on the third Tuesday at 6:30PM in the Church library.
