In Senior House the Pastoral Team is highly experienced and well qualified. Led by our Senior Deputy Head, a team of Pastoral Heads of Year, Heads of Section, and Tutors, ensure that pupils are well supported and that there is someone for them to talk to if and when they need to.

We have a School Nurse and First Aid officer on site and girls are supported by two school counsellors. Staff and members of Year 12 have been trained in Mental Health First Aid and they are able to support our students in maintaining their wellbeing.

Our resilience programme, focusing on character strengths such as kindness, courage, and the benefits of displaying resilience in the face of challenge, also promotes positive mental health.
