BUILDING THE COMPLETE ATHLETE At St. Mary’s Academy, we train athletes to win, and we set them up to succeed. We build their strength, teach them how to fuel their bodies, and push them to compete at their best. Along the way, they earn their moment in the spotlight on Media Day.
Strength and Conditioning
The program builds the foundation every athlete needs: speed, agility, flexibility, and the kind of progressive resistance training that makes them faster, stronger, and harder to beat.
Nutrition
Our professional nutrition coach teaches athletes the science of fueling their bodies the right way, from what to eat to when to eat it. The payoff shows up everywhere: more energy in practice, better recovery, and sharper focus in the classroom and on the field.
Media Day
Every varsity team gets its moment. Individual and team photos, props, dramatic lighting, and smoke effects all capture the team’s spirit and fuel content for the season.

“
At St. Mary’s Academy, I learned that sports and leadership go together. Playing for SMA built the confidence and skills I carried into college, and they made a real difference in my success as a collegiate athlete.” ~ Darian Smith ‘20, Field Hockey Midfielder, Rose College
