Procurement & Donation Information
Every great event needs a strong supporting cast and your donation helps make our 2025 Auction truly award-winning! All returning St. Louise families are required to contribute (a minimum of $250) to the annual auction in support of our students and school community.
Your donation directly supports our November 2025 auction, helping us raise vital funds for the 2025–26 school year. Procurement Deadline is June 13.

Volunteer Committees Be Part of An Award-Winning Night! ��
It takes an All-Star Crew to pull off an award-winning night and we’d love for you to be part of the magic! Whether you have a few hours or a few weeks to give, there’s a role for everyone
Volunteering is a great way to connect with other school families, support St. Louise, and be part of something special.
�� Decorations
Help set up décor and centerpieces for a showstopping atmosphere.
�� Dessert Dash
Recruit or bake delicious desserts and help stage the sweet display for this fun auction tradition
�� Item Display
Organize and stage silent auction items and raffle packages. Ensure signage is clear and accurate so all items get sold for top dollar!
�� Set-Up & Clean-Up
Lend a hand the day of the auction to set the stage and/or help tidy up after the event.
�� Auction Night Support
Assist with check-in, registration, guest support, raffle help, or bid spotting during the event.
�� Kids’ Raffle Sales
Coordinate ticket sales and help organize student raffle prizes in the week leading up to the auction.
Teacher Experiences
Work with teachers to coordinate student experiences to feature in the auction. Ideal for 2 super-fun organized friends! Note some work will need to be done after the auction.
