Welcome to St Joseph’s College and to our Football and Netball Festival. It is a pleasure to bring together so many talented young players, coaches, families and supporters for a day that celebrates the spirit of sport.
At St Jo’s, sport is part of who we are. It builds confidence, resilience and character, and brings our community together. Today’s festival reflects that culture of ambition, a chance to compete, enjoy the game and share the experience of sport on our campus.
Our thanks go to our partners, Porter House and LMM, for their valued support.
I would also like to thank our staff who have made today possible, particularly Cole Skuse (Director of Football), Maria Lutua (Head of Netball), and Martyn Cull and his grounds team.
Thank you for joining us. I wish every team a memorable and enjoyable festival.
Mrs Danielle Clarke Principal of St Joseph’s College

Our Netball programme is centred on player development, teamwork and confidence. From Prep to First Team, our programme combines expert coaching, high-level competition and strong partnerships, including with London Pulse, creating clear pathways for aspiring athletes. Festivals like this showcase the creativity, commitment and community spirit that define netball at St Jo’s.
Our football programme is built on ambition, opportunity and development. With professional coaching, over 200 fixtures a year and strong partnerships with clubs like Ipswich Town and Arsenal, we create an environment where players are challenged, supported and encouraged to progress. Today is about playing with confidence, enjoying the competition and showing the best of school football.

All games will be played in accordance with England Netball rules and St Joseph’s College tournament rules. All teams and umpires must register by 9.30am, with a coaches’ briefing at 9.30am. Matches will begin at 10.00am.
There will be no injury time, so we ask that the injured player(s) be substituted in that position as quickly and safely as possible, unless the incident is deemed to be too dangerous to move the injured player.
