Principal
The dedicated staff at our school facilitate teaching and learning which caters for the needs of all students. We value healthy connections with families and recognise that for a child to flourish, authentic and strong home-school partnerships need to be formed and maintained. Lastly, but importantly, we teach and encourage children to try their best, to be themselves, to take risks, to welcome challenges, to learn from mistakes and to adopt a growth mindset. This approach to learning and life promotes optimism, grit and an attitude that anything can be learned, improved and achieved.

The school embeds effective decision-making processes and builds a cohesive leadership team. We analyse what data is important and plan how it should be used in the support of student learning outcomes. The school makes best use of technology to record, analyse and share information, to monitor progress against goals, and support new ways of working. Staff model exemplary professional behaviour and promote ethical standards throughout the school community. The school uses data to support financial planning, allocation of resources and appropriate capital development.
