WELCOME TO THE ST JOHN’S FESTIVE FIZZ PARTY 2024
The SJPA and the St John’s Festive Fizz Committee would like to welcome you to the St John’s School’s Charity Christmas Party. We are so thrilled to have a full house tonight. We really do appreciate your support, and here’s to enjoying an evening of live music, dancing, delicious food, wine and champagne whilst raising crucial funds for our Eagle Community Holiday and of course, our wonderful School.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our Christmas Party. We are proud to have sourced, begged and negotiated some great balloon prizes, Sav has some magic up his sleeve, so do watch out and please do buy a balloon or two.
The SJPA would like to thank the Festive Fizz Committee for coming together via Zoom, in person and on site to organise this Christmas Party back on site here at St John’s. It has been an absolute pleasure working together to ensure that everyone has a truly wonderful evening. Your support, attendance and enthusiasm for this and other events organised by our wonderful committee is appreciated.
WELCOME FROM THE HEAD
It is fantastic to see the return of the SJPA Christmas celebration to the Dining Hall and in a slightly different format to give more parents the opportunity to enjoy the occasion.
December at St John’s is full of the joy of shared festivities and creating memories for the whole school community. I am delighted that events such as this Christmas Party allow those special experiences to extend beyond our pupils and staff, giving you as parents - such an integral part of the St John’s family - a chance to celebrate together. Tonight’s wonderful event is an enormous team effort. I am incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated and creative SJPA, whose activities provide fun and a real sense of community, while also fundraising to support important charitable causes that make an enormous difference (for example, our Eagle Community Holiday) and projects which benefit our pupils both in and out of the classroom.
Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to make this evening happen.

Help us spread the joy and warmth of Christmas by sponsoring our annual community holiday for children and young people with disabilities, aged 10-18.
If you would like to donate to the Eagle Community Holiday, please choose a tag from the tree and pass to a member of the SJPA to make payment. We are very grateful for any donations which help us provide the best experience for the children and young people. Donations range from £5 upwards, and include donations towards lots of the enriching and fun activities we like to provide.

A week-long residential holiday in the summer for 25 children with a range of special needs aged between 10 and 18.
Our staff and Sixth Form pupils volunteer to provide every visiting child with one-to-one care and attention, involving games, stories and activities.
