According to 2020 U.S. Census Bureau data, Cabell County's population was 94,350, making it the fourth most populous county in West Virginia. Huntington's population was 46,842. However, the region we serve as a parish is referred to locally as the “Tri-State area”, and colloquially as "Kyova."
