Dear Members, On behalf of the management team and associates of Watersound® Club, I am delighted to present to you a glance into 2022.

Over the past 18 months, the Club has experienced unprecedented Membership growth, mirroring the growth of South Walton County and the surrounding areas. We are honored and humbled that so many new families have chosen to join our Club family during this time. Welcome home. To our seasoned Members, we appreciate your grace and support as we expand our offerings to accommodate our growing family!

Continuing to be the premier Club in Northwest Florida is a role we take seriously and a responsibility we take personally. The Camp Creek amenity expansion will complement the active atmospheres and offerings of the Beach Club, Camp Creek Golf Course, and Shark’s Tooth. In a few short months, the sound of laughter will be heard from the pool area, the cabanas will be filled with Members and their families, and the courts will be active with both pickleball and tennis players. Group fitness classes will be varied and abundant in the Wellness Center. Our culinary team will be showcasing their skills for Members to enjoy in three unique dining venues. It is a wonderful time to be part of Watersound Club!

I’d also like to take this opportunity to commend our talented and dedicated team. Just as much as we are not a Club without Members, we are not a Club without those who work in both front and back of the house to create magical moments in our Members’ lives. They have risen to the challenge and their hard work and long hours do not go unnoticed.

Experience the newest Watersound® Club amenities underway at the Camp Creek® expansion, scheduled to open for Members to enjoy in spring and summer of 2022.

Phase I of this project is planned to feature $36 million of incredible new amenities, creating truly charming spaces for Members, their families, and guests to enjoy. Situated amid a beautiful natural landscape, Phase I of Camp Creek® expansion, will offer a state-of-the-art wellness center with men’s and women’s saunas and an adult-only lap pool, as well as a family-friendly zero-entry pool with a lazy river feature and 18-foot tall water slide. A children’s clubhouse will provide a sanctuary for young family members, and a poolside dining venue will offer Members food and drinks, perhaps after a game played on one of the natural grass athletic fields or at the new tennis and pickleball courts..

Amenity Enhancement Timeline Summer

Phase II of the planned amenity expansion will reveal to Members a world-class clubhouse, along with an additional dining venue where Members will enjoy pairing beautiful views with our chef’s unique offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Members’ guests may choose to stay upstairs at the new Camp Creek® Inn and enjoy relaxing in a refined setting between rounds of golf and socializing, all within a convenient walk to all of the newly expanded Camp Creek® amenities. In total, Phase II represents an additional $16 million investment in Watersound® Club facility.

FITNESS CLASSES Fitness classes can be a key step toward achieving balanced health for both the mind and body. Watersound® Club Members will have more than 20 weekly classes scheduled from which to choose. Classes will offer fun and recreation as you pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Beginning in 2022, all group fitness classes held in the Wellness Center will be complimentary for Lifestyle Members.

The WaterColor® Inn multi-million dollar expansion will add wonderful new amenities available to Watersound® Club Lifestyle Members. A brand-new dining venue, Gather Kitchen + Bar, will offer Members an inviting environment to interact with fellow Club Members and guests staying at the WaterColor® Inn. Members will be treated to a relaxing experience in this beautiful setting, complete with an indoor/outdoor bar area. Outside, and nestled behind the towering sand dunes, the private zero-entry family pool with a children’s area is sure to be a welcomed addition. Members will also enjoy shaded seating in an expanded outdoor lounge area. Whether getting together with old friends over lunch or dinner, or meeting new friends over a drink, this artfully appointed and elegant setting might just be your new favorite place to Gather.

When moving to 30A, it was very important to belong somewhere that made us feel like we were a part of a community bigger than ourselves. After joining Watersound® Club, it did not take very long until we felt just that.

Between all the amenities, two world-class golf courses, tennis courts, and the best beach club at our fingertips it really is a special place to belong! There are so many amazing Members with which to connect, and a support staff that looks after its Members like I’ve never seen. It has really solidified our decision to call this place home full time.
