Time To Live Short Breaks Grants

Up to £300 to help you take a break that suits you.

Shared Carer Scotland's 'Time to Live' fund has reopened for 2024/25. Carers of any age can apply for up to £300 towards something to help you take a break in a way that suits you.

This could be a night away or a meal out, tickets to a sports event or concert, a gym membership, hobby equipment, or anything else that will help you take some time for yourself.

To be eligible to apply you must:

  • have not received a Time to Live grant in the last 18 months (from the date on your previous break receipt).

  • be in a current caring role

  • live in the Stirling Council area

Priority will be given to new applicants who have never received a grant.

Our team can support you to make an application. If you are not sure whether the break you have in mind would be eligible, get in touch with us.
