A Product Information Management (PIM) solution provides a single place to collect, manage, and enrich product information and assets, distributing them to different channels. For the STIGA Group, the provider for this service is called akeneo. This guide provides few tips that allow you to download all you need in little time and autonomously:

1.Downloadassets

Once logged in, to find the assets related to the products click on ”ASSETS”(1)from the left menu. Click ”ASSETFAMILIES”(2)to search for the desired type of material (e.g. “Images–product”, “Video - how to”, “Datasheets”, etc.);

If necessary, use the tags\filters(3) of column asset navigation to make your search more accurate (Brand, Product class, Product category, etc. * Please consider that this function is not mandatory in order to search for assets.) Search for the product on the searchbar(4)

It is possible to search both by product name and by using the specific SKU code (which must be written without the slash “/” , e.g. 2T0250481/ST1M becomes 2T0250481ST1M)

1.Downloadassets

Once you have chosen the type of asset you want to download, click the "download" icon as indicated in the following figures.

Images can be downloaded in two versions:

-HIGHRESOLUTION: by clicking the icon from [MEDIA] (1)

-LOWRESOLUTION: by clicking the icon from [IMG_PRODUCT_WEB] (2)

- Once logged in, to find the assets related to the products click on ”ASSETS”(1)from the left menu.

- Click on “Assets families” and select“Datasheet” (2)

- Using the search bar it is possible to search both by product name and by using the specific SKU code (which must be written without the slash “/” but with the “_” , e.g. 2T0250481/ST1Mbecomes 2T0250481_ST1M) (3)

Other filters are available in order to make your search more accurate “Template”(4),“Brand” (5),“Locale” (6).

* Please consider that these last functions are not mandatory in order to search for assets.

-Go to the Exportssection on the left bar

- DownloadAssets

- Edit

- In the “Attributes” section select the type of attributes you want to download.

- Copy and paste the list of SKUs you want to download in the “SKU” section. **Always remember to insert at least 1 SKU

- Click SAVE (top right)

Click EXPORTNOW

Click DOWNLOADGENERATEDFILES

Click DownloadGeneratedArchive

Veryimportantnote: In order to download assets, when selecting the attributes you want to download, you have to insert at least one of the attributes below. Otherwise the download will not work.
