PRINCIPAL JAMES HARDIMAN, INSTALLATION SERVICE

Congratulations to James Hardiman who was installed as our Seventh Principal on Friday 10 February, 2023

There was a wonderful atmosphere in the Alice Paton Library as our new and past Principals, Fellows and Board donned their robes ahead of the procession to the Auditorium

Led by our Chair of the Board, David Gilbertson KC, the installation service included representation of our current students, staff, Fellows and College alumnae, as well as a clear passing of the torch from previous principals to James This involvement of so many branches of our community reinforced the significance of what Communitas means to the Hilda's community

The event concluded with a cocktail function in the front quad where we heard from James about his vision for St Hilda's over the coming years

Young Alumni Event Fitzroy Bowls Club

Our first alumni-focused event of 2023 was held on Friday 17th February and saw 60 alumni from 2017-2022 come together for an evening of barefoot bowls, a BBQ and a couple of drinks at the Fitzroy Bowls Club.

Lots of fun and laughter were had and we can't wait for more catch ups across the year!
