Picnic Area Rules

1. This reservation is for the assigned areas only. The park is a public park and cannot be used exclusively by a group.

2. Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

3.No amplified music is allowed.

4. No smoking in city parks.

5. No gas powered generators.

6. Fires are allowed only in designated barbecue pits and must be completely out before leaving the picnic area.

7. No firearms or explosives.

8. No Jump Houses or Water Slides.

9. Dogs must be on a leash.

10. No vehicles or motorcycles beyond the parking lot.

11. No piñatas, confetti, or balloon pieces.

12. No smoking in city parks.

13. Please place all trash in designated park receptacles. Any trash that does not fit please bag up and place neatly next to receptacles or haul out of the park.

Payment is required to reserve your space. Reservation fees are not refundable unless the St. Helena Recreation Department is notified of cancellation 5 days prior to the reservation date. If cancellation is less than 5 days we will refund 50% of your total.

*We will be flexible with weather conditions and cancellations. Please contact the Recreation department if this occurs.
