Washington City is preparing for a
generational transformation, and it’s all centered on the northeast
side of I-15 just off Exit 13. For months,a hub of commercial growth has createdanticipation, speculation, and excitement.Black Bear Diner, Maverick, Terrible’s, BestWestern Plus Settler’s Point, and Ovationat Sienna Hills have already opened theirdoors for business, but plans are underwayfor much more. SIENNA HILLS AUTO MALL

Construction is already underway on Sienna Hills Auto Mall, a new highline forty-acre auto mall in Washington City. Developers have announced Findlay Hyundai/Genesis as the first dealership with over twenty additional invitations to auto manufacturers pending. This auto mall is the first of its kind in southern Utah and aims to standout by delivering a better, more seamless customer experience. Grapevine Crossing
Grapevine crossing is southern Utah’s newest premier lifestyle destination. This ninety-three-acre development will enhance the southern Utah experience with exceptional dining, shopping, and entertainment. Steward Hospital
Steward Hospital, a 120,000-square-foot, privatelyowned hospital, will be the “anchor” to the Zion Medical Village. Phase one of construction will be nearly 60,000 square feet of space and include forty-four beds. Phase two will complete the facility, adding an additional thirty-six beds. The Zion Medical Village is still in the early stages of planning, but this development will provide a landing pad for healthcare companies looking to expand to Washington City.



Culver’s
Culver’s is the most recent addition to the businesses at exit 13. Located next to the Maverick, they are known for their famous butterburgers and frozen custard. For more information or store hours, visit their website at www.culvers.com.


McDonald’s
Since 1954, McDonald’s has been serving quality food at affordable prices. It won’t be long until you’ll be able to order your Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, or Egg McMuffin at the new exit 13 location. Construction started on April 11, 2022, and is expected to last just over a hundred days. This new location will employ over eighty people.


1861 by Ovation
Fine dining has a new name in the St. George area, and it is called 1861 by Ovation. Named to commemorate the year the St. George area was first settled, 1861 is an elegant, upscale restaurant featuring food from local and regional growers and ranchers as well as delicious, scratch-made cocktails.
