Wendi Bulkley and Gregg Robison cochair the Women’s Initiative for the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce. As they lead this important initiative in 2025, they bring fresh perspectives with Wendi now in her second year on the SGACC Board of Directors and Gregg joining in his first. Their partnership reflects a renewed commitment to highlighting women’s vital contributions to our region’s economic growth and business landscape. The Element Awards continue to be an essential platform for
celebrating remarkable women who are transforming Southern Utah through their leadership and innovation. This year’s honorees exemplify exceptional talent, vision, and dedication that extends far beyond our local community. Their achievements today are creating ripples that will influence future generations across the state and beyond. As cochairs, Wendi and Gregg are proud to recognize and celebrate each of the 2025 Element Award recipients and their extraordinary impact!
Keynote Speaker
Nicole Founder of Swig
ROBISON
Nicole Tanner Robison is the visionary founder of Swig, a rapidly expanding customized drinks and treats company that has become a beloved staple in the West. Beginning with a single location in St. George, Utah, in April 2010, she expertly grew the business to 16 locations by 2017 before partnering with Savory Restaurant Management (formerly Four Foods Group) to accelerate growth. Under her leadership, Swig has flourished to over 40 locations across Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Oklahoma, and Texas, with ambitious national expansion plans underway. Beyond creating innovative
beverages like her personal favorite, “The Founder” (Diet Coke with fresh lime, sugar-free coconut syrup, and coconut cream), Robison has built a company culture centered on meaningful customer connections and team member development. Her entrepreneurial success is balanced with her love for outdoor activities, cherished time with her five children and three grandchildren, and her commitment to creating lasting community impact through initiatives like the “Save the Cups” campaign that supports breast cancer patients.
The St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Element Awards honors women in Southern Utah who are changing the world where they stand. They are the movers and shakers, entrepreneurs and influencers. They are champions for
change, mentors to future leaders, and inventors. These women are in their element, doing what they do best, and breaking down barriers. They have exhibited significant leadership and have demonstrated courage in the face of adversity.
We are proud to introduce our 2025 St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Element Award Honorees
Jill has revolutionized local business advertising since launching Buddy Mail in 2014, growing from serving 5,000 homes in St. George to becoming the largest woman-owned marketing agency in Washington County. Her innovative approach has expanded to serve five counties, including rural and underserved communities. Through economic challenges, including the pandemic, Jill’s commitment to providing affordable, strategic marketing solutions has helped countless local businesses thrive, exemplifying her motto to “have the courage to act instead of react.”
Colette Cox has transformed economic development across southern Utah, securing over $25 million in grants and expanding opportunities for countless businesses. From counseling hundreds of small business owners to her recent promotion as Director of the Center for Rural Development, she consistently
opens doors for business growth and job creation. Her leadership of the Rural Utah Chamber Coalition, combined with her recent Certified Economic Developer accreditation, positions her as a powerful advocate for regional prosperity while maintaining deep roots in local community service.
Under Natalie’s visionary leadership at Zion National Park Forever Project, she achieved what many thought impossible: uniting over 70 diverse stakeholders to create a groundbreaking Welcome Center at Zion’s east entrance—the last undeveloped gateway to any national park. Her innovative spirit led to Zion becoming the first national park with an electric shuttle system, while her exceptional ability to bring together tribal, federal, state, and local partners ensures that both conservation and accessibility thrive for future generations.
