2025 Dog Days of Golf Calendar
Congratulations to Josie, 2025 Dog of the Year sponsored by LebanonTurf in cooperation with GCSAA
Josie, a 9-year-old Alaskan husky, was named 2025 Dog of Year by voters at the 2025 GCSAA Conference and Show in San Diego. Josie and 14 other dogs are part of the 2025 Dog Days of Golf Calendar, produced by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and sponsored by LebanonTurf.
Josie's owner is Carey Hofner, an 18-year member of GCSAA. The duo works a grow-in on a private estate course with Casa Verde Golf In Montana. Josie's main duties include keeping the course deer-free and acting as official vole hunter. She loves to ride in the cart during morning duties. Submissions for the 2026 Dog Days of Turf Calendar will open in May of 2025.
