A high energy orchestral evening celebrating the work of legendary rock star and composer Stewart Copeland. This concert will be an evening bursting with The Police’s biggest hits including Roxanne, ​Don’t Stand To Close To Me and ​ Message in a Bottle sung by a four singers and full orchestra as well as hand-picked highlights from Copeland’s other hits.

More than twenty years ago, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™ enchanted our screens and now it’s returning with the music of a live symphony orchestra. Momentous scenes from the film play on a giant screen in high-definition while John Williams’ unforgettable score is performed by the Philharmonic. Experience the magic with the first installment of the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series.

Building on the success of 2021’s Rodgers and Hammerstein in Concert, our cast of amazing Erie singers is back with a brand-new production. This concert performance features selections from Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Les Miserables, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar and more!

Legendary Metropolitan Opera baritone Eric Owens joins the Erie Philharmonic and Philharmonic Chorus for a Night at the Opera. Enjoy vocal and orchestral highlights from Verdi, Wagner, Mozart, Bizet and more along with selections from Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess.

Our acclaimed Mahler cycle continues with “one of the 10 greatest symphonies of all time.” (BBC Music Magazine) Get ready for a symphonic experience like never before featuring the largest orchestra ever assembled on the Warner Theatre stage along with the Women of the Erie Philharmonic Chorus and our talented Youth Chorale.

George Li wowed audiences in March, 2021, with a whirlwind, last-minute trip to Erie to perform Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3. We are honored to welcome him back to the Warner stage to perform Rachmaninoff’s iconic Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

Pictures at an Exhibition · March 23

Based on 10 descriptive paintings, Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition is a landmark work in the symphonic repertoire. With our new accoustical shell, and enormous orchestra, this powerful work will take your breathe away. Also joining us on the program is Erie-favorite Simone Dinnerstein performing Brahms’ epic Piano Concerto No. 2.

Carmina Burana · May 11

What do you get when you combine a massive orchestra, two grand pianos, the Philharmonic Chorus, our Youth Chorale and three world-class soloists? Easy the colossal Carmina Burana. This season finale for the ages also includes a performance of Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto by rising superstar Stella Chen.
