Kayla Valdez - Driver Billing Assistant December

We are happy to announce that the Paragon Leasing Employee of the month for December is Kayla Valdez. Kayla, the Alliance Billing Assistant, has worked at Paragon Leasing since April 5, 2017. Kayla is a highly organized individual with great time management skills that is known for her team first mindset. Kayla meets all of her deadlines when it comes to the billing of trucks and is always willing to help any department with what is in need. On top of being a great team member, Kayla is known to be a great co-worker who always comes in with a smile on her face, and a positive approach to each day.

Javier Herrera - Truck Body shop

November

We are happy to announce that the Paragon Leasing Employee of the month for November is Javier Herrera. Javier, a windshield technician in the Truck Body Shop, has worked at Paragon Leasing since September 20, 2011. Javier is the most efficient windshield technician that Paragon has had in years. His quality of work is a step above the rest, and his work ethic is excellent. Javier has a very good rapport with all the technicians and customers he deals with on a daily basis, and we can always count on Javier to step in during times of need.
