Improving your care

ARCH provides incentives to our network providers for valuebased performance, enhanced clinical benefits, grants and sponsorships to community-based organizations by building on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Triple Aim of improving the patient’s experience of care, improving the health of certain populations, and reducing the per capita cost of health care as it relates to the social determinants of health.
