RESOLUTION 3 - 2026
Whereas, the New Jersey State League of Master Plumbers bylaws article 5, Par. B partially reads:
Par. B) Dues of this League shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per annum, payable in advance, and the same due January 1st of each year. Members whose dues have not been paid by the April executive meeting will be dropped from all State League activities including insurance coverage and bond.
We propose an increase in annual dues to the NJSLMPin the amount of $50.00, to new per annum amount of $200.00.
Be it resolved NJSLMP bylaws article 5, Par. B be partially changed and rewritten as:
Par. B) Dues of this League shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per annum, payable in advance, and the same due January 1st of each year. Members whose dues have not been paid by the April executive meeting will be dropped from all State League activities including insurance coverage and bond.
Be it resolved the new $200.00 per annum dues become effective for the 2027 calendar year.
Whereas the per annum dues for the NJSLMPhas not increased in many years, this increase is necessary to maintain the effectiveness of the NJSLMP’s ability to continue to operate its normal business, be able to afford the programs we have in place and the ability to institute new programs benefiting the NJSLMP, its members and our trade as plumbers.
