Northland is a relatively compact and sought after suburb nestled on the western hills just above the Botanical Gardens. Being just an easy twenty minute downhill walk, or five minute drive, to The Terrace and central city, well serviced by a kindergarten and schools, close to Victoria University and with a local shopping centre – it is very popular with professionals and families alike.

Kelburn sits in the dress circle, just above the city and next to the Botanical Gardens, an easy five minute drive from The Terrace and centre of Wellington. Built on the western hills the suburb offers panoramic views of the city and the ever changing harbour. Many parts of Northland enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views of the city and harbour out to Eastbourne, the airport and Cook Strait.
