THEPROJECT
The new Pascoli Nursing Home in Cucciago (CO) was developed as a healthcare facility dedicated to the accommodationand care of its residents, designed to combine highquality environments, operational functionality and construction efficiency. Commissioned by SMV Costruzioni Srl and designed by Quattro & Partners, the facility integrates advanced prefabrication solutions to optimise construction times and ensure high-qualitystandards throughout the building process.
For the bathrooms serving the resident rooms and care areas, 72Lightweight BathroomPods were supplied, developed in 3differentmodels to meet the various layout configurations of the nursing home.
Off-site prefabrication ensured a high level of quality control, reducing on-site activities while enabling faster installation and seamless integration with the architectural and MEP design.

The positioningof the pods is carried out by crane, before the laying of the upper floor slabs, on dedicated concrete supportsdesigned according to the manufacturer’s specifications and site requirements.
