HOTTY
Mark Anthony Williams 21, Belmont
Three things you like about yourself and why? I like my sarcasm because it gets me out of a lot of situations. My sense of humour, because I don’t want to take life too seriously. My stubbornness because I like when I set my mind to something how persistent I am to get it done. Your OMG moment? That would have to be when this guy was trying to track me in Port of Spain. I was walking through the street and he stopped me and asked a couple questions so I was answering, not picking up on what he was about. Then he said, “can I get your number?” So I said why, he said “Ain’t you gay?” So I said no. LOL… I am not. OMG! Lighting/Retouching

I see
I have
things
no libido
As I lie quiet in bed and I look around my room everything I see has an alternative view. I think I’m creative or that’s just how my mind works. I really wish I could get it out of my head and onto a canvas for everyone to see what I see… truly amazing…
I have very low libido. I feel horny maybe once a month, and the thought of sex makes me depressed. I am afraid that this is gonna have a major effect on future relationships. I have been with a few guys, and the sex is nice I guess but I always hate the pressure of having to satisfy the need to have it for the other person – I would rather just sit on the couch.
I am jealous A little over two years ago, I ended a very long term relationship because I was an idiot. Despite being madly in love I went out, got drunk and cheated. Then, instead of coming clean or hiding or something, I pretended nothing was wrong for over a month at which point I couldn’t live with it any longer and walked away. Since then, I’ve been telling myself I’m getting over her and that life should be normal. Facebook just told me that she’s with someone else now. The feelings of jealousy are indescribable.
I often think about
Enjoy
exposing
myself..
I’m a south Indian female, 19 years old and I enjoy exposing my body to strangers. I love wearing revealing clothes and I enjoy the attention. I also like to send pictures of my body to strangers and have them tell me what they think. It turns me on. I have a boyfriend who doesn’t know and I feel guilty.
running away...
I’m 32, married, with a great job :( I have no real reason to hate my life. My biggest dream is to sail the world.... that would make for a perfect runaway, right? I often think about stockpiling some cash and just, just disappearing one day. No real effort put into winding down my life, letting people know, just up and disappear. Sure, I’d secretly plan it on my own, and within my own mind – I do like to be prepared, but no one else would know.
I’m married... with no kids. I love my wife, but I’m often found happiness in being alone, in meeting new people – but not having to have super deep connections with them... I think life would be an adventure. I have skills that could keep me either employed or at least alive.... Maybe I will never do it, maybe I will.... but it’s always in the back of my mind.
I feel so lost
sometimes
I’m on my way to work and I feel so emotional. Don’t really have anyone to talk to. I’m in my early 20s, male with two kids. They weren’t planned but I love them more than life itself. I just feel so emotional and it’s happening more and more and I begin to become anxious like I have no idea what I’m doing with life. I have cried so much in the past month and it makes me feel like less of a man. I have no idea what I’m doing with myself yet I’m going to school, have a job and everything I need. I feel like I’ll never be the father my kids deserve. I feel like my fiancée deserves a man that’s not so emotional and I become tired of myself and my emotions.

How to Plan a Great Date
Night with Your Partner
How to Know if
She’s into You Men often misinterpret friendliness for sexual interest. Never make that mistake again by learning how to read a woman’s signals. STEP 1- Make eye contact
STEP 4 - Try to make her laugh
Most likely, she’ll immediately look away. But if she returns the gaze within 45 seconds, she’s interested.
There’s often a positive correlation between how much a woman laughs and how interested she is in the man who’s making her giggle.
STEP 2 - Know how to read her body language.
STEP 5 - She drops hints
Know how to read her body language. Lip-licking, hair-twirling and tossing, head-tilting, and leg-crossing and uncrossing are all signs that she’s into you. If she brushes up against you, she’s really into you.
Tip - Stroking a cylindrical object could be a subconscious sign of sexual interest on a woman’s part. STEP 3 - Listen to her
Listen to what she’s saying -- and not saying. If she’s letting you blather on, with just the occasional nod, you’re more likely boring her than enchanting her. But if she’s asking a lot of questions, you know she’s probably into you.
Mention a hobby or interest. If she says she loves it too, or that she’d like to try it, she’s probably hinting that she’d welcome an invitation to do the activity together.
STEP 6 - Try this test
Try this final test to know for sure: when she says something flirtatious, kick your response up a notch. If she backs down, she was probably just flirting for fun. But if she continues to raise the stakes, congratulations -- she’s into you!
Recreate the excitement and romance of your early days together with these strategies.
STEP 1 Find a win-win activity
Check out the latest events guide for your town and ask your partner to note whatever sounds appealing; you do the same. With any luck, there will be enough duplication for several win-win outings.
STEP 2 Get the dopamine flowing
Get the dopamine flowing Focus on activities neither of you has tried before. New experiences flood the brain with dopamine and norepinephrine, the same chemicals that are released when you’re infatuated. Studies show that sharing exciting new experiences makes couples feel more satisfied with their relationship.
STEP 3 Eat by candlelight
It dilates your pupils, which is what happens naturally when you’re
physically attracted to someone. Inducing this reaction artificially gets you to the same place – injecting a little sexual tension into the evening.
STEP 4 Make it feel illicit
Make it feel illicit by planning a rendezvous at a swanky bar or local hotel.
STEP 5 Include sex
Hotel or not, make sure the date includes sex! Orgasms cause the brain to release oxytocin, the so-called “cuddling” chemical that makes us feel bonded.
STEP 6 Bring chocolate
Whatever you do, bring chocolate, which contains phenylethylamine, a chemical the body produces when we are in love. It also contains cannabinoids, marijuana-like compounds that help you relax. Have fun!

Avoid Giving Terrible Gifts
If people grimace when you hand them a present, it’s time to improve your gift-giving skills. STEP 1 Make it returnable
Always include a gift receipt. Even the nicest present is inconsiderate if you don’t allow the recipient the option to exchange it.
HOW
TO’S
STEP 2 Make smart choices
Bigger isn’t necessarily better. Give one small item of good quality rather than something huge but cheap.
STEP 3 Be wary of size issues
When buying clothes, proceed cautiously. Don’t give someone a ‘large’ unless you know that they know they’re a large—if you know what we mean.
STEP 4 Never give pets
Never, ever give someone an animal unless you are 100 percent sure they want one and are capable of caring for it. Remember, you’re not just giving them a pet; you’re giving them the time, expense, and responsibility that come with it.
Tip - Keep a running list of gift ideas for the people who matter most to you. By jotting down ideas as they come to you throughout the year, you’ll be ready when the gift-giving occasion arises. STEP 5 Put some thought into it
You know those gifts you only seem to see around holiday time—nose hair clippers, coin separators, motorized tie racks, cheese-and-sausage samplers? They scream ‘last-minute’ and lack of imagination. Steer clear.
How to Get Organized
Being a well-organized person can affect every area of your life and make day-to-day living easier and more fun. STEP 1 Maintain a schedule
Maintain a written weekly schedule of responsibilities for everyday responsibilities. Routines aid in accomplishing tasks quickly and efficiently, allowing you to stay focused.
Tip - Encourage everyone in the house to use checklists to join you in getting the family’s act organized. STEP 2 Throw things out
Determine whether something is needed and then take action. If you haven’t used something in a year, pitch it -it’s time to get lean, mean, and organised.
STEP 3 Assign locations
Give everything a location. Remember -- “a place for everything and everything in its place.”
STEP 4 Stack, rack, and box
Use containers, baskets, shelves, and cabinets for commonly-used items so they’re easier to find. Keep your containers stacked, racked, boxed, bagged, or hung.
STEP 5 Arrange areas
Organise desktops, cooking areas, dressers, and counters with self-contained units and compartments dedicated to objects and utensils for a clean look and easy access.
Tip - Avoid the temptation to jam things into drawers for appearance’s sake. STEP 6 Remove clutter
Keep your dining room, kitchen, and end tables clear of clutter. Restrict paperwork to personal rooms or an office area, and unneeded clutter can be trashed.
STEP 7 Change storage
Graduate from round storage containers to more sensible and space-saving square ones. Install two-tiered turntables in cabinets, and take advantage of space by replacing cookbooks with less bulky, plastic-sleeved recipe pages.
STEP 8 Take advantage of the organization
Put everyone’s routine on your kitchen or computer calendar, and then schedule a family night when everyone’s free to do something together.

Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie
Close your eyes and reminisce about your days in first year at primary school when your favourite activity involved a colouring book. You had your box of crayons and each colour was sharply different from the next but if you utilised them well, the result was a beautiful picture. Silence Unheard is similar to that box of crayons. Each member is talented and combined they produce awesome music. Silence Unheard is a metal band which plays the sub-genre of core metal. For all those who have preconceived ideas about of metal, please know that their music doesn’t only include distorted guitar sounds; it’s also melodic, lyrical and it’s relatable since it addresses several social and personal issues. OMG chatted recently with the members of Silence Unheard, and we tried to get into their heads. The members included vocalist Joel Leung Chee, lead/rhythm guitarists Keron Namsoo and Roche Farmer, bass guitarist Lallan Jaskaran and drummer Seon Teelucksingh. The band was originally three members but along the way two members joined which aided in the band achieving
“perfection” within their genre. Certainly, “their voices were heard” not only via their literal voices but through their instruments as well. They expressed their enjoyment and satisfaction with writing, recording and performing their own music. They were not shy to tell us that they have set their standards and goals high. They are striving for not only local but international success. The band gained many fans after playing at shows including Rock of Ages and even won over more music lovers over Facebook, Twitter and through their website. After the release of their songs “Taste of Regret”, “Nothing Left” and “Frenemy” their fans were hungry for new music and thus they are now working on their extended play (ep) album and are expecting to perform at more shows. Silence Unheard’s OMG moment came when members first heard the “clean” sound of their recorded music. They never expected it to sound the way it did. They were awed at how clean the drums, guitars and vocals sounded. They could boast and say that this is theirs and “this is what we can do. After staying quiet for so long, our voices are now brought to the light. We are Silence Unheard… OMG!”

first solo exhibition with Danielle Boodoo-Fortuné Danielle Boodoo-Fortuné will launch her first solo exhibition on June 29th, at the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago, Corner Jamaica Boulevard and St. Vincent Avenue, Federation Park. The exhibit, entitled Criatura, will showcase 44 previously unreleased pieces. Criatura, the Spanish word for “creature”, expresses the desire to highlight the duality of this multivalent figure as “both woman and untamed creature”, according to a statement issued by the artist. Boodoo-Fortuné participated in a joint exhibition alongside Katrina Inglis, hosted at Horizons Gallery, 37 Mucurapo Road, St. James, from June 4 to 15.
when regarded in the public eye. They prompt reflections on the alchemy that governs a mixing of selves, straddling life and death, their natures fed by forces of both fruition and decay.
Boodoo-Fortuné’s new work embraces aspects of the feral, melding into the domestic, with a depth and intensity that unsettles as much as it stimulates. The pieces, conceived as lush, interior conversations that the artist conducts in private, simultaneously become bridges of discussion
Criatura opens on June 29, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and runs until July 5, during the regular gallery hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit the official event page, as well as the artist’s website.
The artist’s other public installations and creative projects include a live mural painting session, conducted at the Art Society’s 70th anniversary celebrations, in a May 2013 exhibition entitled “Belle Eau”. In 2012, Boodoo-Fortuné was judged one of the winning artists of the T&T arm of Urban Heartbeat, a transnational street art tour spanning Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Marionettes’ adult, Youth and Children’s choirs in July 2012. Photo: Butch & Allan Limchoy
BP Marionettes ready for Landmarks It was about this time 50 years ago when the first members of the BP Marionettes Chorale – the first choir to be formed in a newly independent Trinidad & Tobago – had just come together to begin a trailblazing journey to becoming one of the nation’s most treasured cultural organisations. Next month, they launch their yearlong 50th anniversary celebrations with Landmarks, which runs Friday 12th through Sunday 14th July at the Queen’s Hall. Back in the middle of 1963, this new choir’s founding directors were Jocelyn Pierre and June Williams-Thorne, who led the Chorale to their debut in the 1964 Music Festival, emerging with the coveted JCC Cup as the Best Adult Choir in the competition.
Through a transition in leadership, the choir maintained its dominance at the national Music Festival after 1974 under Gretta Taylor (Musical Director), Susan Dore (Assistant Musical Director) and Joanne Mendes (Secretary and Production Manager). The Chorale retired unbeaten from local competition in 1980, winning the trophy for Most Outstanding Choir in the Festival each time it competed. Over the following two decades, the Marionettes set their sights on measuring up against the best choirs in the world and exposing international audiences to Caribbean music, winning four major prizes from the three UK international choral festivals in which they participated. In addition to competitive appearances internationally, the choir also travelled extensively across the Caribbean, North and Central America, and Great Britain, receiving standing ovations from capacity audiences at such prestigious venues as St Martin-inthe-Fields in London, the Assembly Rooms in York, and the Hall of the Americas in Washington DC.
At home, the Marionettes are known for breaking new musical ground. The group was the first to blend choral voices with the steelband, in performance with the Pan Am North Stars in the 1960s. They also have given local or Caribbean premieres of celebrated works like Orff’s Carmina Burana; Fanshawe’s African Sanctus; V. Williams’ Five Mystical Songs; Britten’s Ceremony of Carols; Poulenc’s Gloria; Bernstein’s Missa Brevis and Chichester Psalms; and Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man (A Mass for Peace), including the accompanying film. Their repertoire extends far beyond Western classical, however, and includes opera, spirituals, Broadway, Caribbean and international folk songs, and of course Trinidad & Tobago’s calypso. The Marionettes’ commitment to their national art forms includes the commissioning of choral arrangements of Caribbean and national folk songs, calypso and other music, to perform both at home and overseas. With Landmarks, the Marionettes celebrates both the past and the future. The programme revisits some of their proudest
moments, including award-winning performances at local and international competitions; Caribbean premieres; and classic arrangements of regional favourites. Performing will be some of the group’s bestloved soloists, as well as the Marionettes Youth Chorale (founded in 1995), and Children’s Choir (founded just last year), under the batons of Musical Director Gretta Taylor and new Assistant Musical Director Dr. Roger Henry. Driving the event is a dynamic multi-generational organising committee, auguring well for the group’s future. The series also marks the launch of a companion double-CD of the same name, and a full year of planned anniversary events, including performances, workshops, exhibitions, and documentary features. Landmarks runs Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July at the Queen’s Hall, with tickets going on sale at the Queen’s Hall (624-1284) from 24th June 2013, 12– 6pm Monday through Friday. Seats are $150 (open) and $200 (reserved). Tickets may also be booked through members of the chorale, and directly from the Marionettes at email@ marionetteschorale.com or 790-1751.

Machel Montano launches SOCA star Machel Montano hopes to breathe new life into the local music business and give local music the exposure it needs with the ‘M’ Store. Montano officially launched his music store earlier this week at the duty-free shopping hall at the Piarco International Airport. The store is located where the Rhyner’s Record Shop was – Montano purchased the store from the Rhyner family last October. Director of Rhyner’s Record Shop, Lorraine O’Connor said they noticed that CD sales were on the decline, and the struggle was too hard for them. “We knew we needed someone with a new vision, and someone who had the financial ability to carry it into the future, hence we approached Machel and he was interested,” O’Connor said. Montano said his purpose was deep-rooted in the development of local music and culture and the step of owning a music store was a challenge he felt obligated to take up.
“The music business today is being advanced daily by the changes of technology. Moving to the digital age has (led) to a steady decline of the sales of physical CDs and albums and although this may seem scary for some, at this time I think it has encouraged us here at the M Store to take the bull by the horns. We have to find ways to keep music alive, and still satisfy our many fans and customers,” he said. Montano said it was his intention to make culture the focus at the store, not only in the form of historic music collections, but to also partner with the people making music, while giving customers the opportunity to have a closer relationship with artistes. The store offers an interactive listening and shopping experience, and is paired with exciting in-store events like artiste-meet-and-greets, giveaways, special discounts and special promotions. The store also offers electronics such as headphones, chargers and accessories, and Montano said speciality items will be added in the future as the business grows. “We have taken up this venture and some may say it is intimidating at every turning point, but we want to try and explore that and see if this will be another entry point to promote culture,” he said.

(and Why You Should Too) Remember a few years back, when teenagers left MySpace in droves for this new thing called Facebook? Grown-ups soon followed suit (not that they were ever much on MySpace), and joined Facebook by the hundreds of millions – which made it far less cool for their kids. So where on the Web are teens going now, and what can you learn from them? A recent study from the Pew Internet & American Life Project found that 94% of American teens still have a Facebook account, but they’re using it less, and using it more carefully. More than half have tightened down their privacy settings and regularly delete or edit previous posts. But even with tightened privacy settings, teens have realised that Facebook is more like a family picnic than the private party they want it to be. They still share photos and use Facebook messaging, but they are increasingly turning to newer social networks to fill the function of traditional status updates. So which sites are they using – and why?
Micro-blogging
While teens do seem to understand privacy much better now than in the early days of social media, they still have a desire to put themselves out there in a public way. And that’s where microblogs like Tumblr and Pheed come in. The culture that has evolved on these sites is more slanted to creative self-expression than Facebook’s life-casting (telling all the mundane details of your day). Both are deeply skewed towards mobile use, and there are tons of clever and thematic blogs, think Texts from Hillary or Reasons My Son is Crying. Neither are particularly teen-oriented,
but there are clear differences in style and content between a Tumblr and a Facebook feed.
saw a doubling of teen users last year. And young people use it more publicly than they do Facebook; while teens with Facebook accounts typically keep their postings private, visible only to their friends, only 24% report keeping their tweets private. Since Twitter feels more instant than Facebook, it’s a good one to consider if your musings are topical and timely. Increasingly, the hot sites among the younger set create private networks, ones that automatically restrict who can see your updates, like Path, which limits your friend list to 150 people. This built-in privacy makes everything feel more personal – though if you have 151 real-world friends, you’ll just have to choose.
Image Sharing
Instagram is pretty good for photo sharing, especially if you like using their funky filters. Teens thought that it great, until mom and dad showed up there, too. So then came Snapchat, a way to send pics that self-destruct after being viewed. Except that assuming what you send will really disappear is fraught with peril, since the recipient can grab a permanent screen shot of a picture before its deleted. Still, Snapchat is hot – to the tune of 150 million snaps a day – for good reason: it is a fun way to share casual, goofy pics that aren’t meant to signify deep meaning in your life. Just remember that, as with anything you post digitally, “deleting” may not really mean it can’t come back to haunt you.

Or would you hire your own private investigator to find out! “Lotto Madness” is an award-winning play that is written by Richard Ragoobarsingh who, of course, is the award-winning playwright of “Mary Could Dance” and “One Night Stand”. In fact to date “Mary Could Dance” is the play with the most awards in the history of Trinidad and Tobago’s theatre. “Lotto Madness” takes a very pointed look at how human beings manoeuvre to achieve their agendas, whether they be businessmen, politicians or an overly ambitious husband. The corrupting power of greed, from high
places to the relationship between husband and wife, “Lotto Madness” takes an insightful comedic look at what happens as trust breaks down because of money, greed and sex. What people will do for money, from bribery to deception to sexual favours. A meddling sister, a neurotic wife, a maccocious maid, a sexually charged husband and a strange private detective on the trail of incriminating e-mails, all get involved in a melee that has unexpected results to hilarious proportions. “Lotto Madness” will feature a stellar cast that includes Debra Boucaud Mason as the bacchanal maid, Richard Ragoobarsingh, Carolyn Taylor, Leslie Ann Lavine and Glenn Davis. ”Lotto Madness” is written by Richard Ragoobarsingh and is directed by Richard Ragoobarsingh and Debra Boucaud Mason and promises to be another hit play of 2013 from the RR/RS production team. This one is not to be missed. Critics love it! Critics loved it ! “Lotto Madness a must-see Production. Great Script & Superb acting.” - Peter Blood Guardian Newspaper. “Funny, thought-provoking. Interview Stephen Doobal | Story Amelia C. Ramjarrie
One day I was reading about the author Brendan Francis and one of his statements burned its way into my consciousness: “If you have talent, use it every way possible. Don’t hoard it. Don’t dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.” Recently, OMG Magazine had the opportunity to meet with Leslie Ann Levine, currently the stage technician at NAPA’s Lord Kitchener Auditorium and one of Trinidad’s finest actresses. As I listened to her as she told us about her journey from being a stage hand to a Cacique Awardwinning actress, I recalled the Francis remark. Believe it or not (not to sound too much like Ripley) but Leslie Ann had no prior training in acting. She would sometimes fill in for actors who were unable to make it to rehearsals but prominent theatre producer Ricardo Samuel saw that Leslie could be more than just a person to fill in. He saw the
untapped potential she possessed and decided to cast her in her first play, “Men are Dogs, Women are….” It’s funny when you look at the Andy Sunstory video, “Dumb things people say” on Youtube, and he mentions “winners never quit and quitters never win” as one of them, but it’s true; it is a dumb statement. If someone continues to do something although they are really bad at it, how will they ever discover their talent? What if Leslie Ann never discovered her talent? I know many theatre lovers are glad she did, because she truly is a phenomenal actor. Who could forget her fantastic acting in her first film, “Home Again” or in the plays “Girl on the Side,” “Bailout” and “Lotto Madness”?
Leslie-Ann is thankful for her family’s support especially that of her dad who has sadly passed away.
OMG Magazine | Thursday 20 June, 2013 • PAGE 25
She said he was her biggest fan and even shared with OMG one of her fondest memories of him which was when he would call her by saying “Miss Berneese”, as that was her role in a B-mobile advertisement. He did this to remind her of her talent. She’s also thankful to the actors, directors and other theatre veterans who guided and encouraged her. She gives them credit because she believes if it weren’t for them she wouldn’t have reached this far. Leslie Ann is truly a living testament to the statement “anything is possible”. Leslie Ann’s OMG moment was when she won her first Cacique Award for Best Supporting Actress. She was nominated against two veterans, the late Mairoon Ali and Celia Salazar, who was nominated twice in the category. It was an unbelievable moment when Sharlene Harris announced her name, she says. Since she was working at the event as a stage manager she couldn’t collect the award on stage herself, so Nicki Crosby did. “What a wonderful moment in my life…OMG!”

Case against Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka
Chopra for misleading advertisements The two Bollywood superstars, along with eight cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni, face the ire of the Department of Food Safety Bollywood stars and cricketers do tons of advertisements every year. At times, it turns out that the number of movies that a star does, or the number of matches a cricketer plays is far less than the number of ad films they do! At this pace, it seems like they are becoming careless about the kind of products they endorse. The Department of Food Safety has lodged a complaint against a number of celebrities including Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and eight other cricketers for promoting adulterated products. The cricketers who were mentioned are Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Virendra Sehwag and Zaheer Khan. The government has also filed a case against Sahara honcho Subrata Roy since the contaminated products were found at his shop, Sahara-Q.

Shahrukh Khan & Gauri Khan
Expecting Baby Boy Via Surrogate Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan are expecting a baby! The Bollywood power couple will be welcoming a baby boy via a surrogate, according to reports from Dawn and Zoom TV, though the prospective parents have yet to make a statement about their exciting news. According to a source close to the family, it was Gauri’s decision to have a child through surrogacy, and the Khans apparently consulted the same doctor that Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao went to when their baby Azad was born via surrogate. The Khans currently have two teenage kids, Aryan, 15, and Suhana, 13, and they are looking forward to their new arrival.
Shahrukh Khan & Gauri Khan
Shahrukh Khan is one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, known for blockbusters like “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge,” “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” “Dil Se,” and “Devdas,” to name but a few. His fan following numbers in the billions, and it’s estimated that one-third of the world’s population knows his name. He is currently wrapping up shooting for “Chen-
nai Express,” a romantic comedy by Rohit Shetty. Khan is more than just a movie star, however, as he works hard on issues of social justice and equality. His humanitarian efforts include opening a children’s ward at a Mumbai hospital, serving on the board of India’s Make-A-Wish Foundation, adopting five villages and providing them with solar power through the Light A Billion Lives programme, and countless other projects. For his activism, he was honoured last year by Yale University, which presented him with the Chubb Fellow Award for leadership, an accolade previously received by big names like Walter Cronkite, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. Despite his global fame the actor remains humble, telling his Yale audience, “I want to increase education for women, provide toilets -- simple things... I just want to do good stuff.” Congratulations, SRK and Gauri!

Nasha poster:
Poonam Pandey hides her assets
with placards! The first poster proved to be a damp squib, but this time the Pandey pataka is back with a generous dose of skin show. In her last outing with Nasha, Poonam Pandey kind of disappointed her fans, releasing a poster that didn’t live up to the promises of a sizzling hot skin show. So this time, it seems Poonam convinced the makers to actually deliver what she has been promising since a year. The result is this latest poster from Nasha where Poonam leaves little to the imagination. Posing with two placards that hide her assets, the chick is seen gazing into a distance trying to look sexy. Well, it’s an interesting picture which could have been much more had Poonam not looked so much like statue! And even after so many outings, the babe is yet to achieve that balance between classy and sexy! Let’s hope the coming offerings from Poonam don’t disappoint us as much.

Rafael Medina Brochero selling
his testicles For $20,000 A poet in Colombia wants to go to Europe so much that he’s willing to fund the trip in a very ballsy way: selling his testicles. Rafael Medina Brochero, 52, is selling the matching set of semen-producing genitalia for the lump sum of $20,000 to fund a European tour in which he’ll participate in “Poetry for Peace in Colombia,”according to ColombiaReports. com. Brochero did not say whether the surgery would be covered in the $20,000, but he said the presumedly used testes might be able to be transplanted into a sterile person or used to make soup, Yahoo! Australia reported.

by subtraction. The poet simply doesn’t want to repeat an experience he had while touring Bolivia last year when he ran out of cash and had to pawn his wedding ring,TheNewAge.co.za reported. Journalist Scott Carney, author of “The Red Market: On the Trail of the World’s Organ Brokers, Bone Thieves, Blood Farmers, and Child Traffickers” (Harper Collins), said Brochero’s ballsy sale must be considered an art project because there is no real market for testicles. “There is no real value for any body part,” Carney told The Huffington Post. “It’s what gets negotiated, like a used car.”
It might be a desperate way to raise money, but Brochero sees it as addition

tweets about it afterwards Ludacris’ night out turned into a night of destruction after he allegedly got attacked at a bar in Atlanta on June 14.
Footage has surfaced of the rapper getting pummelled at the nightclub Privé after an unidentified assailant reportedly threw a bottle at him. According to Complex, a dozen or so bar-goers took part in the action as security tried to get everything under control. Once the situation was straightened out and the battle wound down, Luda emerged relatively unscathed. And although Ludacris' girlfriend Eudoxie was reportedly hit with a bottle during the brawl, that appears to be a big rumour. Christopher Bridges aka Ludacris

‘Game Of Thrones’ Star ‘Hodor’
is Secretly an Established DJ Earlier today the Internet lit up when it caught wind that Kristian Nairn, who plays the loveable, slow-witted and oversized Hodor on HBO’s “Game Of Thrones,” has roots in the EDM world. “Kristian Nairn is a Northern Irish actor and musician. He is a successful DJ, having performed alongside acts such as the Scissor Sisters and worked as far afield as South Africa and Australia. He is 6’11” and as of June 2012 is 36 years old.” It looks like Pop Culture Brain and Do Androids Dance? can be credited for getting the word
out and any mass hysteria that resulted. The latter was able to turn up an old interview with Kairn where he talked about his work behind the turntables, both as a producer and residency-holding DJ, and also this remix: Then there’s this house mix under the title Kharmonix on SoundCloud, which Nairn linked to on his Twitter in the past. Stereotude has reached out for comment from Nairn on all this belated-DJ press and some clarity on the situation as a whole. He was not readily available for comment. Probably because he was too busy doing rock star things, like hanging out with Kelly Clarkson.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to
play a T-800 in Terminator 5
Arnold Schwarzenegger
I’m sure that many people, including myself, weren’t surprised to see Arnold Schwarzenegger return to acting once his political career came to an end. What I didn’t expect was that he would once again be taking up the role of a T-800 Terminator. But that is exactly what is happening.
Terminator Salvation, released in 2009, was originally meant to be the start of a new trilogy of movies. However, legal problems and the financial problems faced by Terminator rights holders The Halcyon Company, meant that hasn’t happened. Since then, Annapruna Pictures has acquired the rights to Terminator and two films are planned. The first will start Schwarzenegger and be called Terminator 5, but he won’t play the lead role. Instead a younger actor, whose identity is currently unknown, will be the lead.
Schwarzenegger is set to start filming Terminator 5 in January or February next year. Very little is known about the movie yet, and rumours he would be playing a human in it have turned out to be false. But at 65 years of age the story either needs to paint a different picture of the form a T-800 can take, or they need some very good make-up artists working on set every day.
At 65, this must surely be the last time that Arnie plays a T-800 and I hope that unlike Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, it’s actually a great movie that sees him bow out in style. If two movies are planned, then it really has to be a hit to help reboot the franchise and get people excited about wanting to watch the next one.

Kanye West: ‘I Hate YouTube’ Kanye West hates a lot of things and now you can add YouTube to that list. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper is busy promoting his upcoming album Yeezus, hit the stores on June 18. Kanye held an impromptu listening session for the album in Switzerland this week where he shared his opinion on the world’s largest video-sharing platform YouTube.
in such a terrible manner,” Kanye said. “I want everything I do to be presented in an art context as this is a form of sonic art. I was an artist originally. I have been in art school since I was five years old. I got scholarships to three art schools, Art Institute of Chicago, Saint Xavier, and the American Academy of Art, where I ended up going—and I dropped out because I had an assignment where I was supposed to do an ink painting or something, and I would take two weeks to do it, and when I looked at my work, I just felt that I would never be one of the great visual artists of the world.”

Glowing eel could detect liver disease in humans What is that glowing, green thing gliding through the water? Scientists from the RIKEN research institute in Japan have spent the last few years figuring out how the eel Anguilla japonica glows so brightly. The mechanism turns out to be of huge interest in both research and human disease treatment. The Japanese freshwater eel produces a protein in its muscles that the research team identified and named UnaG. This protein is the source of the eerie glow emanating from the creature, but it only works when coupled with a nonprotein pigment called Bilirubin. In the eel, this combination may have something to do with protecting its muscle fibres from damage, but Bilirubin is indicative of something else in many animals.
Vertebrate red blood cells rely on the ironcontaining protein hemoglobin to transport oxygen around the body. When hemoglobin breaks down, one of the by-products is Bilirubin. The liver efficiently clears excess Bilirubin from the blood, but poor liver function can result in a build-up of the pigment causing jaundice. This condition starts with yellowing of the skin and eyes, and can eventually result in brain damage and death. The researchers found that UnaG could be used as a fluorescent marker for the presence of Bilirubin because it is strongly activated when coming into contact with the pigment in solution. The test is simple, and can reliably detect liver problems before the visual symptoms begin. UnaG may also be of use in research labs as a new fluorescent label. It is the first such protein ever discovered
in a vertebrate animal, and it does not require oxygen to function. The test used to confirm the activity of UnaG is still in the early stages, but it could be used in a clinical setting not far down the road.

DuckDuckGo founder on why
Google tracks you
and his search engine doesn’t The recent revelation about PRISM and how much data is shared with the government has brought into focus just how many websites and services track what we do on the Internet. One of the biggest companies to do this is Google, and the more of its services you use the better you are able to be tracked. There are alternatives, though, and in the field of search engines one that is growing in popularity fast is DuckDuckGo. Its main draw? They do not track you at all. In fact, not only does DuckDuckGo not track you, it still manages to make money and offer very good search results.
This begs the question…why does Google track your every move? DuckDuckGo founder Gabriel
Weinberg tackled that very issue in a recent talk he gave at the Gel 2013 conference, which you can watch below. After watching the video you will probably be a lot more inclined to make the switch to DuckDuckGo. And even if you aren’t you should at least give it a go for a week. Chances are you won’t look back and your privacy will be better for it.
Rihanna shows her boobies in
Ireland again Instead of being asked to put clothes on and, leave the property like last time, Dubliners took matters into their own hands. Some modest city folks are using clothing to cover up the Barbadian beauty’s bare breast, stapling actual dresses onto her billboards. That’s quite clever; looseness, I mean lewdness, is not welcomed, so let’s staple tacky dresses on an offensive photo….. Message.
this year. That wasn’t exactly a wardrobe malfunction. By Rihanna’s standards there’s not too much that can shock me. We don’t care. So far, RihRih has not addressed the matter … Although you can probably assume how she feels about the whole thing— Unapologetic. The Rihanna reign just won’t let up.
We’ve all seen the cover art from her platinum selling “Unapologetic” album, that is being used to promote her “Diamonds” world tour. She is scheduled to touchdown next week for her show there in Ireland. I always thought European countries were more liberal when it comes to sexuality. Is it really that serious? She’s too hot for clothes anyway. And Rihanna is not “technically” topless, with the wellplaced words and elbow. It’s as if they used the uncensored picture of Rihanna that was previously leaked. I also remember the see-thru dress that she happened to wear exposing personal hardware, earlier
