We are very proud to introduce into our rookie lineup F/C Shoot Out. He’s created quite a buzz around here this winter. If you’re tired of genetics that simply won’t power up and add the muscle shape you desire, then we strongly encourage Shoot Out. This bull is built like a cinder block. When we set out to find bulls, we knew it would be challenging to find bulls that check all the boxes in terms of quality and look that combine it with performance and a strong pedigree. It took putting on some miles, but we knew we may have found the bull when Cory and Melissa found Renegade. He’s an elite individual – smooth muscled, insane presence and a set of wheels that keep on turning. Renegade was named the National Champion Bull at the 2024 American Royal. Sired by the breed legend SULL Red Knight and back out of the 2021 Jr. National Champion CF CSF Crystals Swan 015 EV x ET, if you keep looking through the donor dams in the extended pedigree and you’ll see the most influential cows in the breed. We have already IVF’d the majority of our donor program to him and are excited for what the future holds.

In Inferno’s very small first calf crop he raised a pair of females that commanded $75,000 and $25,000 in the 2023 Family Event. Inferno was applauded for his extra bone and real world substance, elite structural build, and dense strawberry roan hair. Sired by the now deceased Millbrook Fireball, the Canadian rockstar bull that made the breeding list of some of the most progressive breeders in his short time. While his dam, SS Chasing Dreams 6202 is a power donor of the Schrag Nikkel lineup. This Hot Commodity sired female is backed by what we argue to be is the best cow family to invest in, the Dream Lady’s. The Dream Lady’s have written history books and paid off bank notes for many breeders, and having Inferno backed by that family makes us even more confident going forward. As proven of a herd sire we have to offer, if you’re looking for consistent quality throughout a calf crop, this bull is for you. When Cory and Melissa implemented Propel to their herd several years ago, he took it over by storm. He clicks with about anything you put him on and raised several high quality, high selling females over the years — including the $105,000 Family Event record breaking female. The structural integrity and added length and extension of Propel progeny is second to none. Now, where we get excited and where we feel Propel is moving into a different stratosphere of good, is how elite his daughters are in production. We all love the show ring but that period of a female’s life is small, at the end of the day they must go out and produce. Not all bovine are created equal, some just have no bad days. From the moment we laid eyes on Lethal, we knew he had something special. Many of our peers felt the same way when he made his introduction to the public in Denver this year. He created the buzz we expected him to make. To find a Shorthorn influenced bull that is so wide behind his blade, big hipped, as square made as you could make one combined with the ability to go out and move like he does, left all of our jaws on the ground. His circumference of foot rivals anything we’ve seen and his color is as ideal of a roan pattern as you can find. All this wrapped up with a pedigree that is hot as hot can be. The success that Perfection is having in both the steer and heifer rings across the country is undeniable. Lethal is backed by Shortcake, an absolute specimen of a female who was a dominant force in the show ring for RJ Cattle.
