Suhn Cattle Co., as well as the GENETRUST partners and our cooperators, welcome you to our sale the 28th of March and to what we appraise as the most genetically sound and industry acceptable offering that we have ever presented to the public. Not a day goes by that I do not see, either in a publication or over the internet, an article regarding the down turn of the cattle market and how to adjust expenses to offset the lack of revenue that benefited all of our operations so dramatically just a few years ago. No doubt we do need to focus on expenses; however, the other side of the coin needs to be a examined as to what we can do to increase revenue. Genetically, what can you modify in your operation to create more revenue through the use of genetics that will yield you a higher percentage calf crop with more total pounds of product sold or taken a step further creating the genetics that will enable you to take advantage of extra profits through the feeding stage? Proper bull selection and, in most applications, the implementation of a well-structured and thought out crossbreeding program can be an added benefit to the production of more pounds and future replacement heifers with added fertility and the ability to raise more pounds.

What sets us apart and why we have the Bos Indicus influenced genetics that can help drive more revenue to your operation.

BRANGUS BREED AVERAGE EPDS--NON PARENT

IT STARTS AT CONCEPTION: We offer our customer progeny that are predominately sired by the most elite bull battery in the breed. There is a reason that 6 of the 10 most used sires in the breed are GENETRUST bred or owned. Additionally, this offering will allow you the opportunity to purchase more sons than anywhere else of the most popular and respected sire in the breed--Three D. As an added bonus the females that produced them are the most respected donors and most productive cow families available. The Ultrablack genetics also reflects the use of AI sires selected for traits that they excel in and will benefit the Brangus breed’s future. PERFORMANCE INFORMATION: We still feel that it is important to validate progeny records with weights and measures in well-defined contemporary groups that will assist in more accurately identifying superior lines and be of benefit in producing EPDs that accurately identify that animal’s genetic strengths and weaknesses. Birth weights are taken by a scale, the proven most accurate method, and not from visual appraisal or a hoof tape measurement. All cattle are weighed at weaning and yearling and not just a select few; plus, all bulls and females are measured for carcass traits using ultrasound evaluation for REA, IMF, and BF. Following those evaluations all cattle are appraised and culled for structural problems, disposition, and scrotal size.

SCC 2017 SALE OFFERING AVERAGE EPDS

PARENT IDENTIFICATION AND GENOMICALLY ENHANCED EPDS: It is hard to make genetic progress if you are not sure of parentage. We have taken that question out of the equation for you by sire identifying the bulls that we offer to you for sale. That puts significantly more reliability in the information we provide for you in the catalog. The risk associated with buying your next herd sire that has not been sire identified far outweighs the potential savings from purchasing a bull at a reduced price that you know nothing about and does not perform. His genetics will greatly impact your bottom line for years to come. Furthermore, we have incorporated the use of DNA testing to produce GE-EPDs (Genomically Enhanced EPDs). GE-EPDs increase the accuracy and trustworthiness of the EPDs generated so that the cataloged EPD information more accurately predicts that animal’s genetic capabilities. We need to be aware of the fact that performance information and ratios were at one time all we had to predict an animal’s genetic merit but the tools have changed and the most accurate measure of an animal’s genetics is reflected in that animal’s GE-EPDs. PROVEN CARCASS MERIT: Over the past several years and since 2013, we have consistently fed the cull end of our male and female production from our registered herd. Realizing that these were not the best we produced we wanted to see how they fed and what kind of harvest data they would produce. We were very satisfied with the results as they have consistently dressed at 64 to 65%, graded 75 to 85% choice, and 51 to 55% have qualified for CAB and other quality grid premiums. We are also greatly encouraged by the information shared with us by our customers concerning the cattle they have fed sired by our bulls. The outstanding harvest and close out information we have received from them not only enables us to evaluate our progress but also envision what we need to focus on in the future. Joe Davis from Westminster, SC, who utilizes a three-breed rotation of Brangus, Angus and Simmental in his crossbreeding program, recently shared the data from a set of steers harvested in Jan of 2017. These cattle graded 95% choice, 68% were CAB or BCPR and they dressed at 63%. From pasture to plate the Brangus sired calves competed favorably and excelled in some areas with the other two breeds represented. Proof that Brangus genetics can compete with English and Continental cattle in a crossbreeding system. Russel Trefney a long-time GT customer also harvested a group of cattle in January partially sired by GT bulls that were 98% choice with 19% of them grading prime and is excited about what our genetics are doing for his program. Zach O’Brien a long-time GT and Suhn Cattle Co. customer also recently reported on a set of Brangus and Ultrablack sired steers that were fed at Tiffany Feeders. The words of Shane Tiffany were that these cattle “did it all”. They dressed 63.8%, were 93.3% choice with 6.8% prime and 30.8% were CAB and 28.3% were BCPR. The cattle made $146 dollars per head over the value placed on them prior to entering the feedlot for $8468 in increased revenue for the O’Brien operation.

SUPERCHARGE YOUR HETEROSIS: The more diverse the parent breeds are, the greater heterosis will be. Therefore, when you mix the genetics of Bos Indicus cattle with Bos Taurus breeds you significantly increase the results of heterosis. A well planned out-cross breeding program can increase weaning weights by 23% per cow exposed and with the retention of crossbred females they will increase the longevity of your cowherd thus increasing lifetime productivity of approximately one calf and 600 pounds of calf weaning weight over the lifetime of the cow. BIOSECURITY: The GT programs have gone to great lengths to establish herd health plans that will help to ensure a healthy productive animal. However, we do not stop with just a first-rate vaccination program. We have for years advocated changing needles on every animal during our vaccination process. Additionally, we are one of the few purebred operations that require that every bull sold be tested negative for PI-BVD, Bovine Leukosis, Johne’s and trichomanias. Your herd health is vastly important to your bottom line and we want to positively impact it. As always, we encourage your input on how we can be a greater benefit to your program. We look forward to visiting with you about this tremendous offering and hope that you can make plans to be with us on the March 28th to visually appraise this offering that we are confident can create genetic benefits that will positively impact your operations future.

Best, Vernon Suhn

GENETRUST, is an alliance of ranches dedicated to the common goal of providing a superior genetic product. The concept behind GENETRUST was conceived by a group of Brangus breeders in an impromptu meeting to discuss the benefits and strengths of their breed. It was evident that the Brangus breed possessed the genetic strengths and advantages that created a tremendous opportunity for the breed to have a greater influence on the future of beef cattle production. Sensing a major opportunity in the breed, those first initial discussions, led ten of the Breed’s leading genetic suppliers to join forces with a common goal to create a unique genetic alliance.

GENETRUST separates itself from other genetic alliances and cooperator programs in that not one, single ranch controls the entire philosophy but rather a team of founding ranches. And yet because the cattle produced by each cooperating ranch must adhere to rigorous performance, health and genetic standards it allows customers to buy with confidence that each GENETRUST animal comes from a similar genetic background.

CATTLE LOAD OUT Cattle will be available for load out immediately after the bull sale and proper settlement has been made on purchases. If you wish to loadout on Wednesday or at a later date please note that when you check-out. Arrangements can then be made to have your cattle ready when you arrive.

SAVE SHIPPING AND HANDLING You can save shipping and handling charges by picking up semen that you will need for your spring breeding season at the Suhn Cattle Company Sale. Representatives from either GENETRUST or Integrated Breeders will be available Tuesday to fill your orders. We would ask that you keep your orders to goblet increments of 5’s or 10’s so that we can avoid excessive handling of semen. Please contact GENETRUST at 1-877-436-3877 to place your order prior to the sale to assure we have enough semen on hand and available sale day.

SALE ORDER The cattle will not sell in numerical lot order. We will have a printed sale order prior to the sale. Please note that animals will not be going through the ring and will be presented on video.

GENETIC CONDITION POLICY Any animals that are confirmed as carriers of a genetic condition such as DD, developmental duplication, will be listed above their pedigrees as DDC. Any animals we are still waiting test restuls on will be listed DDPC. All other animals have been either confirmed free of known genetic conditions by test results or from pedigree analysis.

TRUSTED PERFORMANCE INFORMATION We are extremely dedicated to providing our customers the genetics needed to help positively impact their bottom line. We will not compromise the integrity of our data. Our utmost goal is to provide the information that will successfully identify the genetics most needed in your particular operation. The information provided by the IBBA was provided at weaning and

yearling by the breeder for computation. We believe in EPD’s, but fully realize that they are only as good as the information provided to the association. Inaccurate weights and faulty contemporary groups lead to poor information and bad selection decisions. Please realize that these bulls were in different contemporary groupings at weaning; therefore, it is not fair to compare birth, weaning and yearling weights from one herd to another. A wide range of environments are represented in this offering and thus have affected those weights, plus different management comes into play, i.e. creep fed vs. not creep fed. Within herd weights and ratios were good when that was the only information we had. However, EPD’s are a much better indicator of genetic potential and with the inclusion of GE-EPD’s they increase the reliability and are the most useful tool for across herd comparisons. Also, we have listed the current nonparent Brangus breed average EPD’s in the catalog for your reference and comparison on how individual lots compare to the average of the breed in any trait.

PARTIAL BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls selling in this sale have passed a thorough and stringent BSE (Breeding Soundness Evaluation) by Dr. Preston Hickman. Each bull selling has passed Dr. Hickman’s tests and is considered a satisfactory potential breeder. All bulls are guaranteed as breeding bulls through the first breeding season from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that we expect the bull (s) to be treated with proper animal husbandry and that they are young bulls and require some additional management compared to mature bulls. Proper management should include the following requirements: 12 to 15 month old bulls at time of sale are utilized in a ratio of 1 bull to 15 cows and 16 to 20 month old bulls one bull to 20 cows. Furthermore, if these requirements are not adhered to or these bulls are placed in service or are housed until time of service with mature bulls then GENETRUST will not stand behind this breeding guarantee. If a problem does arise please contact GENETRUST, Vern

Suhn 620.583.3706 or Craig Green 870.834.1976, as soon as any question occurs as to a bull’s breeding soundness. GENETRUST will evaluate the problem, consult with a veterinarian if needed and if replacement is required will replace with a bull of equal quality. If a replacement bull is not available GENETRUST will issue credit in a future GENETRUST sale. Please contact us before shipping any bulls. Shipping an animal you feel is unsatisfactory before contacting GENETRUST will void our guarantee.

MAINTENANCE AFTER THE SALE SCC will work with customers on delivery of bulls in an effort to have the bulls delivered to customers as soon as possible after the sale. However, if you are not ready for the bulls at this time we will maintain the bulls at the ranch for a period of time until you are ready for them. A nominal fee of $3.50 per day will be charged plus any veterinarian charges incurred will be billed. Bulls will be maintained on a growing ration in grass traps. Bulls become the buyer’s responsibility immediately after the sale. SCC or GENETRUST is not responsible for insurance costs or death.

TRUCKING At the conclusion of the sale or as soon as possible following the sale if purchases are made via video or sight unseen agreement; please notify the sales staff as to specific instructions about cattle delivery. If you request our assistance GENETRUST staff will make every effort to help coordinate the most reliable and economical trucking available. Trucking expense will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to make your own arrangements Larry Smith Trucking will be available sale day to discuss your needs or we can place you in contact with other reliable truckers. Please note that the animals you purchase become your responsibility at time of purchase. GENETRUST nor any of the breeders involved in this sale take responsibility for animals that may be injured in transport. Insurance is available for those who would desire that coverage.

As we enter our 9th year with the GENETRUST marketing alliance we still get questions from our customer base as to how the bulls are handled within our system. We currently hold three bull sales per year. Chimney Rock Cattle Co., Concord, AR; Cavender Ranches, Jacksonville, TX and here at Suhn Cattle Co. These three locations are where the majority of our bulls are fed and developed. The late fall and early spring bulls are developed at Suhn Cattle Co. for sale at that location. The later spring bulls are developed at Chimney Rock and Cavender’s to be sold the following fall as 18 month old bulls. The early born fall bulls are developed at those two locations plus Suhn Cattle Co. and Draggin M Ranch. Although some bulls may be fed at a different location than they are sold we strive to keep that to a minimum and if numbers are needed for a particular sale we endeavor to make that transition at least 30 days and preferably 45 days prior to the sale. Although we feed at three different locations it is our goal to mimic the feed programs as close as possible at all locations. For this reason, since the inception of GENETRUST, we have utilized almost exclusively Purina’s Intake Modifying Feeds for our primary feed source along with the grasses that the feed traps provide plus free choice long stem hay. The bulls have access to free choice minerals and the traps are large enough to provide ample room to travel and exercise. Bulls are received at these locations approximately three weeks prior to the development stage starting to give them time to adjust to the new environment and to fill up and acclimate to the new surroundings. All candidates that arrive have gone through an extensive health protocol to minimize the amount of health issues once they arrive. The development period lasts for approximately 90 days and at the end weights are taken along with ultrasound and

scrotal measurements. The Purina Intake Modified Feed is fed in self feeders and is designed, depending on weather conditions etc., for the bulls to gain 3.25 to 3.5 pounds per day. Our goal is not to grow these bull for maximum gain and yearling weights but to feed them at a level that will emphasize and accentuate their genetic differences without harming their future usefulness and longevity in the pasture. With 30 plus years of experience feeding bulls and part of that time spent trying to feed these bulls for maximum gain and performance it has become evident, to us and our long term customer base, that our present program is much better for the long term longevity of the breeding stock we present to our buyers. We continue to refine and fine tune our approach to bull development. We appreciate our customers feedback and opinions.

Genomically Enhanced EPD’s EPDs

Expected Progeny Difference (EPDs) is the best estimate of an animal’s genetic merit for a particular trait. It takes into account the animals’ own performance compared with its contemporaries and the performance of its relatives compared against their contemporaries. Birth Weight (BW) EPD predicts calf size and calving ease. Weaning Weight (WW) EPD predicts preweaning growth potential. Yearling Weight (YW) EPD predicts overall growth potential. Milk EPD predicts the maternal contribution to weaning weight of the calf through milk production, behavior, immunity and other maternal environmental factors. Total Maternal (TM) also, called M&G EPD predicts weaning weight of calves from a bull’s daughters.

We have noted with a GGPLD symbol those bulls who have GE-EPD’s and with a GGP those that are tested but were not Genomically Enhanced on the last EPD run. A number of the bulls that are listed with GGP should have been Genomically Enhanced on the last run but were missed. In an effort to supply you with the most current information available we intend to have as many of these bulls updated to GE- EPD’s as possible by sale day and will have them available for you on our supplement sheet.

GROWTH PLUS MUSCLE This lot’s sire and dam need little introduction to the Brangus community. His sire Guardian has been a breed leader for registration since he was first sold through the 2009 sale at Chimney Rock. He has done a phenomenal job in both the production of Brangus and Ultrablack genetics. 30D14’s dam 30X5 and granddam 30M have both done an exceptional job in the donor program at Suhn Cattle Co. Combined they have produced herd sires such as Trail Boss, Legend, 30T, 30Y18, Fortress and New Concept plus daughters and granddaughters that have made exceptionally productive females for Suhn Cattle Co. as well as other herds around the country. 30D14 has a look about him that sets him apart in a crowd. Structurally correct from every angle you appreciate his symmetrical and eye appealing profile, correctness of foot and

33

SUHN’S GUARDIAN 30D15

leg placement and the ease and freedom he exhibits on the move. From behind, you appreciate the power that he exhibits with his width and dimension of top line that carries down to a rear quarter that is long and smooth but still exhibits its maximum width through the center and lower portion of his stifle. A true growth candidate who ranks in the top 10% of the breed for WW and the top 15% for YW and REA while still maintaining a CEM in the upper 4% of the breed. A sure bet to transmit fertility and early puberty to his daughters with a SC EPD that ranks in the top 2% of the breed. Do not miss this opportunity to add this royally bred individual to your genetic pool and add extra pounds to your calf crop. Selling full interest and possession.

CALVING EASE - GROWTH - MUSCLE

Another valid herd sire candidate from the 30 cow family. His dam is the first natural calf born from 30X5 who is rapidly attaining rock star status in the Suhn donor program. An exceptional set of Tradition sons also sell in this sale and their sisters are the highlights of our replacement heifers. His GE-EPD’s project him as a calving ease sire as he ranks in the top 10% for CEM, top 20% for CED and the top 25% for BW. He combines that with a ranking in the top 20% for WW and REA plus, a top 30% ranking for YW. He reinforces those epd calculations as his individual performance against his contemporaries show him with a WWR of 105, YWR of 112, and a REAR of 110. His sire, Online 918Y3, has done an excellent job of producing the right kind of cattle. 918Y3’s

EPD’s reflect a negative assessment for Milk but we have been more that satisfied with his daughters’ ability to raise thrifty, growthy calves and their ability to retain flesh and breed back compared to their herd mates. 30D26 has the power, bone and stoutness of frame plus base width and thickness that you would not expect from a calving ease prospect. If your herd sire search is directed toward lowering birth weight without sacrificing growth and muscle while still maintaining the phenotypic attributes of added bone, base width, depth of rib and boldness of structure you need to investigate this lot further. Selling 2/3 interest and possession. Suhn Cattle Company retains 1/3 interest.

TOP 30% OR BETTER ON 9 TRAITS This young Ultrablack prospect’s EPD profile is packed with calving ease, growth and carcass. His dam has established herself as one of the shining stars of the Cavender donor program and her track record of production since her purchase is what you would like to see from every female in your herd. She records 19 @ birth to ratio 100, 19 at weaning to ratio 102, 13 at yearling to ratio 106, 13 for REA to ratio 109 and 13 for IMF to ratio 117. 60D’s own statistics show a BWR of 90, WWR of 108, YWR of 109, REAR of 108 and an IMFR of 110. His dam’s production plus his own individual ratios lend credence to his EPD tabulation that ranks him in the top 2% REA, top 3% for IMF and YW, top 10% for WW and TM, top 20% CED and top 25% for BW and SC.

BURTINS 98A 70D

Add to this the fact that he is sired by the most popular and used bull in the Brangus breed in 2016, Three D. In this lot, you are presented with an individual with as much upside to add genetic merit to your program as any in the offering. Without a doubt his numbers are super impressive but he also excels from physical appraisal as you really appreciate his depth and spring of rib, moderation of frame, base width and overall thickness throughout. A maternal brother is seeing service in the Cavender program and Suhn Cattle Co. has a maternal sister that has calved and is doing a super job with her first calf. Selling 2/3 interest and possession. Cavender Brangus retains 1/3 interest.

GROWTH + MUSCLE Mike Vorel always brings a well-developed set of bulls to me every fall and last fall was no exception. I liked this calf a lot when he got off the trailer last fall and he has not disappointed. Mike was recently chosen the IBBA Brangus Breeder of the Year and throughout my 37 years being involved in this breed I cannot think of anybody more deserving of that honor. 331D is a high performing Ultrablack sired by the Angus bull MAR Innovation 251 who is doing an excellent job back on Brangus females. His progeny are long spined with lots of extension, depth and performance built in. This lot is no exception as he records an ADG of 4.44 from weaning to yearling and reflects a

WWR of 103, a YWR of 110 and a REAR of 113. His EPD’s rank him in the top 10% of the breed for WW and YW, the top 5% for REA and the top 20% for TM while still having an IMF EPD that ranks in the top 30% of the Brangus population. He is the second calf from an Online daughter who weaned this calf with a 776 pound actual and 710 pound AWW. We are excited about the influence that the Ultrablack program will have on the future of the breed and this one is no exception with his ability to add growth, gainability and muscle in a functional, easy keeping package. Selling full interest and possession.

OUTLIER FROM EVERY ANGLE

Unique from every angle describes this individual and the minute you step into the pen with him you have to be overwhelmed with the power, tremendous thickness, rib shape, and just overall total scale smashing dimension that he exhibits. He was no slouch at weaning as he ratioed 103 but went on to exhibit a tremendous 4.83 ADG from weaning to yearling which catapulted him to an AYW of 1484 pounds to ratio 112. However, possibly even more impressive was his AREA of 17.33 to ratio 110 combined with an AIMF of 7.146 to ratio 139. A proven performer whose EPD profile says he should do no less as he is in the outlier range for both growth and carcass as he ranks in the top 3% for YW and REA, the top 4% for WW, the top 5% for IMF, and

82

SUHN’S CONFIDENCE 331D28

the top 2% for SC. His dam is a very productive daughter of LTD that has done an excellent job in our program and records a 366 day calving interval on 5 calves. His Angus sire is SAV Resource 1441, who needs little introduction to the breed, as he has done a commendable job in both the Mound Creek and Blackwater programs. If you are looking for an individual that will moderate frame without sacrificing growth and carcass plus the potential to improve sheath design in a user friendly moderate BW package you need to evaluate this lot. Selling 1/2 interest and possession. Suhn Cattle Company retains 1/2 interest.

TREMENDOUS EYE APPEAL 535D3 has been a standout in his contemporary group since birth. He has always displayed incredible eye appeal and as you watched him in the pasture he had a certain air about him that he knew he was special. His Angus sire, McKeller Consensus 7229, has done a tremendous job for Schmidt Farms and other breeders who have used him in the production of Ultrablacks. He stamps his calves with as commanding a rear quarter and top line as you will find anywhere in the industry. This lot is no exception when viewed from behind and you examine his excellent base width, pin

101

width and strength and total dimension of rear quarter. He ranks in the top 5% of the breed for WW, the top 3% for IMF, the top 15% for YW, the top 20% for REA, the top 25% for BW and the top 35% for Milk. : His granddam is the dam of the breed leading calving ease sire, TJM Coronado 535X, and as stated earlier his phenotypic design is almost flawless. Selling 2/3 interest and possession. T J Moore Ranch retains 1/3 interest.

CALVING EASE – GROWTH – CARCASS

When you start the process of identifying that next herd sire prospect for your operation, one of the first items on your check list should be his dam and what she has done as far as production. One needs to evaluate her ability to calve consistently and determine how her calves have ratioed against their contemporaries. 535Z3, the dam of this lot, has established herself above her herd mates in the Schmidt herd with having her 4th calf at side with a 365-day calving interval. She delivered her first calf at 24 months of age and succeeding progeny have gone on to record a collective AWWR of 101, AYWR of 104, AREAR of 105 and an AIMFR of 100. This lot excelled against his contemporaries with a 104 ratio at yearling, a 102 ratio for REA and a very impressive

His pedigree tabulation reads like a “Who’s Who” of both the Brangus and Angus worlds as both his sire and his dam’s sire are two of the most used and respected bulls in those respective breeds. We feel very encouraged and reassured by the prospects that the Ultrablack cattle bring to the future of the Brangus breed. This prospect when mated to Brangus will produce registered Brangus progeny. Selling 2/3 interest and possession. Schmidt Farms retains 1/3 interest.

MODERATE BW, GROWTH AND MUSCLE

The dam of this lot would have to rate at the front end of the list for stand out daughters of LTD. She calved as a two-year-old at which time she was held in high enough regard to enter the Schmidt donor program. 909Z4 was herself a standout in her contemporary group for carcass as she recorded ratios of 117 for REA and 134 for IMF. This standout son of Foundation has established himself as a future herd sire candidate as you must appreciate his overall total mass, depth and spring of rib, tremendous thickness, excellent sheath design, and his freedom and ease of movement. For a Foundation son, he transmits a very moderate BW and calving ease credentials combined with growth and muscle. He ranks in the top 25% of the breed for BW and WW, the top 20% for CEM and YW, the top 15% for REA, the top 10% for

SC and the top 35% for CED. It is difficult enough to find one that combines light BW projections with top of the breed rankings for growth and carcass; however, when you add to it the credentials this bull displays phenotypically with his incredible mass, sheath design, thickness, and overall powerfulness. He also had a maternal brother by Mack that was in the lead off set of yearlings at Cavender’s in November that sold for $7,500 and a maternal sister who is ranked as a favorite in Schmidt Farms replacements. His full brother in this sale is cut from the same mold and the sisters at Schmidt’s stack up at the front of their replacement heifers. Selling 2/3 interest and possession. Schmidt Farms retains 1/3 interest.

Bidding

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

Terms

Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation of the seller to see that animals are fed and cared for, until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs first. After 48 hours a maintenance fee of $3.50 per day will be assessed until pickup.

Cash Sales

All sales are for cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with the seller or GENETRUST prior to the sale. Payment must be made within 30 days of the sale date.

Sight Unseen Purchases

Buyers may purchase cattle through GENETRUST personnel at auction or private treaty without viewing the cattle. For sight unseen purchases, the buyer has the right of inspection at the time of delivery. If the animal is deemed unsatisfactory, it may be reloaded on the delivery truck at no obligation to the buyer. All transportation expenses will be the responsibility of GENETRUST. If the purchaser is unable to view the animal upon delivery that purchaser would have one week to deem the animal as unsatisfactory. In this instance the buyer may, at their expense, return the animal to GENETRUST for a refund of the purchase price. DVAuction purchases do not fall under this guarantee.

Certificate of Registry

A transferred certificate of registry will be furnished to the purchaser for each registered animal within in 45 days of proper settlement.

Health

Interstate health papers suitable for interstate shipment will be furnished on all animals as required by federal and state regulations.

The Seller is responsible for all transportation expenses. 7. If an animal (including the offspring of a pregnant recipient) is sold and through parentage verification is proven to have incorrect parentage, as represented by the animal’s certificate of registration and for which correct parentage can be determined, the seller is obligated to make satisfactory adjustment on the purchase price only to the buyer or, at the buyer’s option, refund the purchase price upon the return of the animal to the farm of the seller. At time of purchase it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to adhere to the rules of the IBBA regarding parentage verification for animals used for semen and embryo production. 8. If the resulting calf of a pregnancy is not of the sex represented at the time of the sale, the seller is obligated to make a satisfactory adjustment on the purchase price to the buyer or, at the buyer’s option, refund the purchase price upon the return of the animal to the farm of the seller. Any claim for adjustment or refund under this paragraph must be made in writing to the seller on or before the first anniversary date of the sale. 9. Unless stated otherwise, all transportation expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer, except that the seller will be responsible for transportation costs in excess of the distance between the buyer’s farm and the location where the sale took place.

These reactions have disappeared without treatment. Local tissue reaction may result in trim loss of edible tissue at slaughter. Observe cattle for injection site reactions. If injection site reactions are suspected, consult your veterinarian. This product is not for intravenous or intramuscular use. Protect product from light. LONGRANGE® (eprinomectin) has been developed specifically for use in cattle only. This product should not be used in other animal species. When to Treat Cattle with Grubs LONGRANGE effectively controls all stages of cattle grubs. However, proper timing of treatment is important. For the most effective results, cattle should be treated as soon as possible after the end of the heel fly (warble fly) season. Environmental Hazards Not for use in cattle managed in feedlots or under intensive rotational grazing because the environmental impact has not been evaluated for these scenarios. Other Warnings: Underdosing and/or subtherapeutic concentrations of extendedrelease anthelmintic products may encourage the development of parasite resistance. It is recommended that parasite resistance be monitored following the use of any anthelmintic with the use of a fecal egg count reduction test program. TARGET ANIMAL SAFETY Clinical studies have demonstrated the wide margin of safety of LONGRANGE® (eprinomectin). Overdosing at 3 to 5 times the recommended dose resulted in a statistically significant reduction in average weight gain when compared to the group tested at label dose. Treatment-related lesions observed in most cattle administered the product included swelling, hyperemia, or necrosis in the subcutaneous tissue of the skin. The administration of LONGRANGE at 3 times the recommended therapeutic dose had no adverse reproductive effects on beef cows at all stages of breeding or pregnancy or on their calves. Not for use in bulls, as reproductive safety testing has not been conducted in males intended for breeding or actively breeding. Not for use in calves less than 3 months of age because safety testing has not been conducted in calves less than 3 months of age.
