On behalf of the Pérez Family, I’d like to welcome you to our Spring-Calving Female Dispersal Sale.
This decision was not made lightly. Our hearts and souls have gone into building this group of females. As a family, we made the choice to condense our program into just a fall-calving season. With the realities of labor, time management, and wanting to spend more quality time with our kids (who are growing up way too fast), we feel this was the right move.
The quality of females we’re offering is second to none—stacked with maternal power deluxe. These cows have played a major role in helping us build two very successful bull sales. This herd has been tested over the years in some tough environmental conditions and has proven they can produce and perform.
As you’ll see in the pedigrees, we’ve built our cow herd around the strength of NJW Dream Day 73S and BW 91H 100W Rita 79Z. Most of the females selling will carry the strength of that lineage multiple times over.
We’ve been fortunate this year with a wet spring and early summer, which has allowed these females to express their full potential. We’re excited to host you on Saturday for a steak dinner and live music from Jake Hooker. Then on Sunday, August 31, we believe there will be some real opportunities for folks looking to make an impact in their programs.
Feel free to reach out anytime if you’d like to come take a look at the cattle beforehand. Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to seeing you on sale day.
Kyle Pérez

The Maternal Power Behind the New Mexico Ladies
Our breeding program is simple, but our goals are lofty. There are several key elements that make-up The New Mexico Ladies and the breeding program behind Pérez Cattle Company.
• Our program is built around proven cow families. We have stacked our pedigrees with some of the best cows in the breed, which has yielded us predictable genetics.
• We select and breed for efficient, productive cattle that are balanced in their genetic values and are phenotypically correct.
• Our herd sire battery is back by iconic females and they have the genetic base to breed up.
• We don’t breed for the great ones, we breed for good ones and the great ones follow.
• Our donors stay in production and are required to have a natural calf yearly. We want to see first hand her ability to raise a calf in our natural environment.
• Championship Form & Ranch Function is not an oxymoron. You can have both!
NJW 79Z 22Z MIGHTY 49C ET 64% of the offering trace back to Mighty 49C.
BW 91H 100W Rita 79Z (Might 49C Dam) 75% of the offering trace back to 79Z.
Breeding Consultation
We’ve spent decades with these cow families—we know their history, their dams, and their granddams. We know which matings have been successful and which ones didn’t pan out. We’d be happy to offer a breeding consultation for the 2026 breeding season to any buyer who purchases 15 or more females.
Spring-Calving Cows Herd Dispersal Pérez Cattle Company
This group of donors and ET heifer calves might be the hardest to part with.
There are some truly special opportunities in this set. Females you can build a program around. If you study this catalog closely, you’ll notice a few foundation cows that show up over and over again in the pedigrees. It only takes a few to make a big impact. These are those “impact” kind of females.
These ET calves have their whole future ahead of them—and the sky’s the limit.

A dispersal is the only time you’ll have the opportunity to select from our entire group of elite young females—each with her full productive life ahead.
All heifers were A.I. bred to SHF Mace J338 M002, an exciting sire we recently added to our lineup or to HB Distinct 00049, the $75,000 valued multi-trait leader.

She offers a very balanced EPD profile and with time she will be a foundation donor for her new owner. Dam sells as lot 85. Spring-Bred Cows
Proven Spring-Bred New Mexico Ladies
This is a top-notch group of spring-bred cows with bull calves at side. This offering is backed by the very best genetics our family has built over the years. These cows are consistent producers—raising replacement females and bulls that have sold in our bull sales and gone on to become herd sires for both purebred and commercial cattlemen across the country.
The “keep and cull” has already been done. What’s left are proven, hard-working females that are ready to go out and make a difference for their next owner. With growing demand at our bull sales, we’ve made the decision to retain all the bull calves—they’ll sell in our February 2026 sale.
Nearly all of these cows were A.I. bred to Loewen Sandhill L70 ET or TH 66G 2157K Union 528M ET, two exciting sires we added to the Pérez Cattle Company lineup this past year.
