Welcome to the 41st Annual Keystone Autumn Klassic sale - the oldest continuous running Shorthorn sale in the United States. In a 40+ years, you gain a lot of tradition, experience, and many fellow Shorthorn friends. We have lost a lot of our Shorthorn friends and breeders, but we have also made a lot of new friends and hopefully this tradition will continue in the future!

This will be a traditional sale the same as it has been. We will do everything possible to keep everyone safe by abiding by recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control.

Plan to be with us on Friday evening, October 15th, for a cookout style dinner and enjoy good Shorthorn fellowship at the farm.

This year we have offerings from some of the best Shorthorn herds in the east.

Whatever your needs may be, you should be able to find something to suit your herd needs. Juniors – if you buy a heifer calf to show, your junior membership will be paid by the Keystone Autumn Klassic.

Directions:

• Woodside Farm 379 Woodside Road, Waynesburg, Pa 15370, is five miles south of Waynesburg, Pa., on U.S. Route 19. Watch for signs. Traveling on I-79, use the KirbyGarards Fort exit. Then west to Kirby. Turn right and north to farm sign, approximately four miles.

• If coming from the north or west, there are several motels in Washington, Pa., about 25 miles from the farm.

Terms and Conditions:

Terms of the sale are cash. Settlement is to be made with the clerk immediately following the sale and before the cattle are removed from the premises.

Breeding Guarantee: The Standard Breeding Guarantee as endorsed by the American Shorthorn Association will be followed.

Health: Each animal will have a state approved health certificate from the state of origin. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states.

ASA Genetic Condition Disclaimer: Unless an animal is listed on the American Shorthorn Association “genetic condition status list”, the American Shorthorn Association makes no representation of any kind as to whether or not the animal has a genetic condition.

Liability: Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the sellers for a reasonable amount of time. Neither the owners, employees, auctioneer, sale consultant or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

Registration And Transfer: All animals sell with completed pedigrees or applications for registration in the hands of the sale manager.

Trucking arrangements can be made on sale day.
