AUTUMN KLASSIC

12:30 p.m. • Woodside Farm • Waynesburg, Pennsylvania

General Sale Information Sale Day Phone: 724-627-7240 FAX: 724-627-7240

Location: Woodside Farm is five miles south of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania on U.S. Route 19. Watch for signs. Traveling on I-79, use the Kirby-Garards Fort exit. Then west to Kirby. Turn right and north to farm sign, approximately four miles.

It’s a pleasure to welcome you to the 34th edition of the Keystone Autumn Klassic. It is very satisfying each year to see juniors on the seats to buy their next show heifer and Shorthorn breeders large and small returning regularly to purchase new additions to their herds. The percentage of repeat buyers is very high and a source of satisfaction to the consignors. We also are pleased that several breeders have made their very first Shorthorn purchases right here at the Klassic and that includes some of our current consignors and likely new consignors in future years. Whether it is your first visit or you rarely miss, we welcome you to our Friday evening buffet meal get together and the 34th Keystone Autumn Klassic 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014. AI’d 4/24/14 to Little Cedar Cabrera 24 and confirmed pregnant due 2/3/15. There are not too many opportunities to purchase a WHR Sonny 8114 bred heifer especially out of a cow as well-known as 074. We are no longer breeding for fall calves so we held her over for an early 2015 calf. What a deep bodied capacious female in this solid red package. She is the most powerful female of our last fall crop of calves. If you are looking for a young potential donor cow or you just want to add some power to your herd take a good look at this female. Being confirmed pregnant to Cabrera gives her even more valuable. MASONIC VILLAGE FARM

AI’d 4/24/14 to Little Cedar Cabrera 24 and confirmed pregnant due 2/3/15. Here is an opportunity to purchase a “Lucky Charm” female with Trump on both sides of the pedigree. We purchased her mother several years ago and she has been a great addition to our herd producing females like this. With a pedigree of this high caliber and confirmed to a total outcross like Cabrera this could be an outstanding mating. MASONIC VILLAGE FARM

AI’d 5/7/14 to Little Cedar Cabrera 24 and confirmed pregnant due 2/16/15. We are so pleased with the resulting calves from MH Fusion. This Jake’s Proud Jazz 266L son has done everything we had hoped he would do and this female is proof of that. He has given us cattle in the almost perfect frame size that calve easy and grow fast. What more could you want in a herd sire. This roan, female is out of a first calf heifer and came unassisted with an 82 lbs., birth weight. Her growth performance has been outstanding and she will calve at 22 ½ months of age. In my book that equates to profitability. MASONIC VILLAGE FARM

Sells with two units of Little Cedar Cabrera 24 semen each. You do not have to make a decision here. Both of the ET full sib females are great cow prospects. Their sire has become known as one of the outstanding “cow maker” bulls in the breed and their dam is one of the most tested donors of our herd. If you are looking for great genetics that will be of value in your cow herd for a long time to come consider what these females can do for you. Check dam's photo. MASONIC VILLAGE FARM

She was bred AI on May 25th to FSF Cornerstone. PE’d to Lathom 04 Smudge, a Jazz son from a Dr. Ediger bred cow. A moderate framed cow with a note worthy pedigree (Ace of Diamonds x Sonny). She has calved on her second birthday and bred back for a fall calf each year. We did not breed back any of our fall calvers last year. Diamond is polled, halter broke and a very pretty roan female with a strong Masonic Village base. DUNKARD VALLEY FARMS
