Bidding Procedure •Initial Pasture and Phone bids are due by 5pm on September 17th. The Final Internet Bidding begins at 7pm on September 17th. •All bids will be a minimum of $100 until a calf reaches $2,500. At $2,500 bids will increase to a minimum of $250. •We can take your bid in the pasture or by phone, but please remember to Register for the online auction at www.cwcattlesales.com. Registering for the sale registers you for a bidding number for all sales conducted by Caldwell Willoughby Sales. •Bidding will be kept confidential. We reserve the right to accept or reject any bids.

•We will have a Hospitality Room at the Hampton Inn south of I-90 in Mitchell, SD for the Internet Portion of the sale. This will be available at 5pm on September 17TH. Please feel free to place your bids with computers provided. Refreshments will be available. Bids can also be handled by phone if you are not able to attend in person or are unable to connect to the internet. But remember, there will be a time limit for every calf. Once the Time Limit on a particular lot has been reached, the lot will be declared sold by Caldwell Willoughby Sales. If you want to bid by phone, make sure you are available to take calls in a timely manner!!
