This is our third year at Kansas City, and our breeders have upped their game with a great sale offering packed with outstanding Black Hereford genetics. The American Black Hereford Association (ABHA) and our membership appreciate your interest in the 2022 A Royal Affair Sale! Once again, the consignors have worked hard to bring you an elite group of bulls, females, and frozen genetic lots.
With the current cattle markets and the need for efficiency and the ability to maximize profit, we have seen a rapidly growing interest for Black Hereford genetics. This demand has been evident by the strength in the sales. Our breeders have commit ted to bringing their best, and it is apparent in this sale offering. The cattle industry is in need of maximizing efficiency in the production of a pound of beef. BLACK HEREFORD is one of the leaders in this and can deliver it in a docile, calving friendly, black-hided, modern designed package. Our cattle can improve your bottom line by injecting feed efficiency, carcass yields, quality, and eye appeal.
As you flip though the catalog, you can take stock in the fact that these breeders are offering cattle they have put emphasis on through their selection of breeding decisions—from how cow families will align to how genetic merit will position to make them predictable and long lasting.
