It starts with the cow herd. CR cows calve unassisted on the prairie, thrive in a harsh climate and raise big, sound calves. We emphasize udder quality, feet, and longevity—never single-trait selection. If she can’t do the basics, she doesn’t stay.

What you see is what you get. Our photos and videos reflect reality, proven by selling 90% of our bulls sight unseen. With free delivery to central U.S. points and bulls placed in 21 states, our cattle are built to adapt. We stand behind accurate descriptions—just give us a call.

We purchased New Era in 2024. We were searching for a herd sire that could bring added look and quality to our program, while still being truly calving ease for our operation. With a set of both Maine and Simmental cows, we needed a bull that could work across different cow types, protect birth weight, and still elevate the kind of style and presence we demand.
From the very first calf crop, New Era has done exactly what we hoped for and more. The biggest thing he has given us is complete trust. We have used him on heifers with total confidence, and he has absolutely

knocked it out of the park. Calves come easy, are born unassisted, and hit the ground with the kind of vigor you appreciate. They get up, nurse quickly, and start thriving right away.
What makes New Era stand out is that you don’t have to sacrifice quality to get that calving ease. We’ve been extremely impressed with how consistent he is, how well his calves perform, and how he has fit into our program. New Era has proven to be the kind of sire that makes you excited about every calf he puts on the ground, and we’re looking forward to seeing his influence continue to build at Brookwood Farms for years to come.
“As a producer, we’re always on the hunt for new genetics and added carcass quality. The Caffees have a reputation for exceptionally functional females and versatile pedigrees, which led us to attend their fall pasture sale and purchase some females.
After seeing our first calf crop, we returned the fol-

lowing spring to look at their bull offering — and they truly have something for just about everyone. What stood out most to us was how the bulls are developed. They’re grown on a lower, respectable ration, allowing them to travel, hold up, and go to work servicing cows when turned out. Our first calves are vigorous and growing, with both

quality feeder calves and females we’re proud to keep as replacements. Add in great disposition and customer service, and it’s been a great experience working with Caffee Ranch.”

H04 is a true “Maternal Made” herd sire prospect and there’s a reason he leads off this sale offering. His full sister sold to Griswold Cattle, and this bull follows suit with the same kind of quality and power that has made this cow family so respected. He stems from a long line of proven females, backed by his grandam, the matriarch female F05. This is the kind of pedigree built on functionality, longevity, and production.

Phenotypically, he is extremely unique. He is long necked, clean made, and attractive through his front end, yet still stout, rugged, and powerful where it counts. Add in the way he gets out and moves with flexibility and freedom off both ends of his skeleton, and you have a bull that combines elite look with genuine build and structure.

G43 is backed by a cow that continues to prove her consistency, having sold a full brother in the 2025 Bull Sale. This cow family keeps generating quality, and this bull is no exception. He might be the hairiest bull the boys have ever clipped as there was nearly six inches of hair on his back when they made the first swipe. Add that to his awesome look and eye appeal, and it’s easy to see why he earned the name “Boots with the Fur.” Sired by Maternal Made, he’s built to generate pounds, push growth, and add extra weight without giving up look or balance, making him the kind that works in the pasture and shows up on the scale.

J19 is backed by a cow family that continues to prove itself. His maternal brother, New Era, sold to Brookwood Farms, and this is a cow family we’ve trusted from the start. His granddam, F20, adds even more credibility, having produced Lot 2 in the 2025 female sale that sold for $10,000 to Cody Glenny and DT Farms. J19 is cool looking, level hipped, and big bodied with a balanced, eye appealing design. He had a low 80 lb birth weight, offering easy calving without sacrificing performance. Sired by Maternal Made and backed by proven cow power, J19 is built to add both look and productivity to the next generation.

D34 comes from a cow family that doesn’t just participate….it sets the bar. His full sister commanded $18,000 in our Female Sale selling to Griswold. This cow family has already proven its ability to generate high level cattle, and H05 is another product of that success. This cow family has landed one other bull in our bull sale, and two Bankroll daughters have been retained in our herd. They also produced a Belmont daughter that sold through our female sale to Griswold Cattle. Sired by Maternal Made, H05 is backed by a deep, proven pedigree that consistently produces cattle people want and trust year after year.

Lot 6 is backed by a cow family that defines consistency, longevity, and profitability. His full brother sold for $29,500 in the 2025 CR Bull Sale to Alden Farms. We also retained his maternal brother by Full Tilt, “Golden Ticket”, further showing the confidence we have in this cow’s production. The F27 cow family continues to deliver as we kept her first calf, H27 (dam of Lot 6) and she has since produced 3 heifers that have sold through our female sale. Sired by Maternal Made - Lot 6 combines a long track record of being able to generate both replacement females and high selling bulls. Longevity and profit are bred into this one.

Study this bull and you’ll see just how packed with meat he is from end to end. If you’re looking to add a bull with serious substance and look, he’s absolutely worth your time to have on the list. This bull comes from an extremely productive Bismark cow that has flat out done her job. Her first calf landed in our bull sale, she sold a heifer through our female sale, and we have kept a couple daughters back, which says a lot about the kind of confidence we have in her and her ability to raise the next generation.

Structurally, F54 really excels. He is awesome through his shoulder, flexible with plenty of bend to his knee, and built to travel. He’s the kind that could go out, cover a lot of ground, and hold up while doing it, all while being backed by a cow family that’s proven it can get it done. F54 traces back to the great A27 cow. This cow family has already sold multiple herd sires, including a full brother that brought $13,000 to Ty Bayer in 2025.

J37 is a young cow and this is only her third calf, yet she continues to impress us. Phenotypically, this bull is flat out awesome, offering an attractive look with the kind of balance and build that catches your attention right away. Lot 9 also traces back to the influential A27 cow. Sired by the BBR bull Made Man, a sire that’s quickly gaining popularity, this one brings together proven cow power and a fresh, in demand sire package that’s built to keep moving programs forward.

Another Made Man son, H35 comes from a cow family that has already proven its value, with a maternal brother selling through the 2023 Bull Sale. He is a deep sided, big footed bull with added performance and substance. With an 81 lb birth weight, he has a nice balanced birth weight while still bringing the kind of growth and power that matter. H35 offers a reliable, versatile option for both commercial and purebred programs without giving up performance or progress.

G53 should be on your short list of Made Man sons. Backed by a cow family that continues to prove itself, his maternal brother by Vegas sold for $9,000 in the 2025 Bull Sale. G53 combines body shape with real growth and has been a consistent high performer from the start. He’s solidly built, deep through his rib and flank, and carries power in a practical, usable package. He is the kind of sire that can add depth, muscle, and performance to your program while keeping the focus on the bottom line.

H65 is a bull you’ll appreciate for his balance and practicality. His mother is a moderate built Secret cow with an attractive look and genuine power. She is the kind of cow that stays productive and consistent. Sired by Me Too, an up and coming All Me son, Dakota Secret combines muscle, body, and structural integrity into a package designed to add value and consistency to any program. After seeing our first calf crop, we returned the fol-
lowing spring to look at their bull offering — and they truly have something for just about everyone. What stood out most to us was how the bulls are developed. They’re grown on a lower, respectable ration, allowing them to travel, hold up, and go to work

We felt she was the best of her flush mates. This Turning Point bull is her first calf and if he is any indicator of what is to come, we couldn’t be more excited. K01 is a descendant of the Dream Jack cow (D01), who is a descendant from the epic S33 cow family with over $250,000 in lifetime achievements. Dream Jack was the kind everyone labels as “too stout” and “more of a donor”. We all know the kind, 3rd in class then out produces everything! Her SAM daughter commanded $13,000 in our Fall Female Sale and went on to capture Reserve Supreme titles in Texas. A Broker daughter now resides at Griswold’s for their bred sale, and her Broker bull sold for $9,500 in the bull sale. K01’s mother, a Bankroll, knocked it out of the park with this stud Vegas bull. This is a no miss cow family that delivers regardless of how you mate them.

She has four daughters working in the herd, sold a Good Times heifer for $12,000 in our Fall Female Sale, and a Bankroll bull for $8,000 in last year’s Bull Sale. F09 is an All Mighty son backed by a cow family that continues to deliver. Lacey has photographed countless elite females for the Dakota Classic Bred Female Sale, and when the opportunity came to buy into one of Rob Vanhove’s standout cows, she didn’t hesitate. Her Broker daughter, F09 “Elsa,” has become a cornerstone donor for us, averaging $9,000 per calf in our sales. This cow family blends club calf power with true maternal traits, and it shows year after year. Elsa’s influence keeps building, with her All Mighty son that’s been a crowd favorite all season.
