Cattle sell per the terms & conditions of the Caffee Ranch. Announcements from the Auction Block on Sale Day regarding the cattle selling in this sale will take precedence over the information printed in this catalog.

No cattle will be loaded until paid for. Terms are cash, check with proper ID (i.e. Driver’s license), wire transfer or Master Card/Visa will be accepted with a 3% fee. For example, if you are the successful bidder at $1,000 and you charge your purchase using your credit card. Your credit card statement will show a payment of $1,030.

This auction is a live online auction, via bid online at CCI.LIVE. If you can’t see the cattle, contact one of the owners, or consultants for information about the offering.

RISK

All animals are the owner’s risk prior to their sale and become the property of the purchaser as soon as declared “sold” by the auctioneer (but will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time).

PAYMENT

Terms of payment are cash, good check or credit card. No cattle will be loaded until approved by Caffee Ranch. Please make payment immediately after the sale, any bills past 30 days will be subject to a 3% service charge. Cattle must be paid for before they leave.

FREE NATION-WIDE TRUCKING

We offer free trucking to central points in the continental United States. Caffee Ranch will contact the buyer prior to delivery to determine a central location. We ask buyers to please be willing to travel to central drop points and meet trucks at sale barns along central routes. Drop points need to be consolidated to make delivery feasible and avoid cattle in transit too long. Trucking arrangements will begin a week after the sale, cattle not paid for will not go on the coordinating truck, and are subject to paying for the trucking on the next ride.

All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for shipment and have had a complete vaccination program.

BREEDING GUARANTEE

All bulls will be semen checked, and passed by our certified vet before leaving Caffee Ranch. The sale offering is guaranteed to be fertile and reproductively sound in accordance with the terms and conditions as recommended by the American Maine-Anjou Association and American Simmental Association. This guarantee does not cover injury or death. In the event of a problem, the buyer is responsible to return the animal to Caffee Ranch and if it does not respond as a satisfactory breeder, will have the option to select a suitable replacement, if available, or take a sale credit. Any potential claim needs to be made by September 1st of the year of purchase

RETAINED INTEREST

Caffee Ranch will retain the right to utilize semen in herd on any lot in this sale. The interest retained will not affect your use or schedule.

This guy is one of my favorites, for this width from up high to down low. What you can’t see is how the mass isn’t only on the bull side, D36 has been killing it and part of that is from her dam, B36, a Net Worth daughter that always produces a good one. Our secret to our success is the power of our Angus base, never underestimate the right kind of Angus cow and what she can do for your program. F20 is a prime example of the type of cow Maternal Made works on. Long necked, square hip and awesome rib shape. Maternal Made adds the mass and sheer volume we love on these MaineTainers. One of the stand outs since birth, as you can see in his pair photo. Look for him to add pounds and keep all the daughters.

This bull came in the photo pen and I honestly thought it was Lot 9 one of my favorite Maternal Made’s. Dave was feeding bulls across the road and text me to see who it was. Catalog layout was done before photos or he would be on a full page. This stud is truly an impressive specimen.

We’ve been thoroughly impressed by the bulls out of May We All for many aspects. These bulls calved easy, displayed remarkable vigor, and have excelled in growth, muscle development, and overall performance. Heifer bull.

I reached out to Brett Carter asking his favorite Maine bull to date, Game On was his reply. Seeing the daughters at Jr Nationals in the show string was all the confirmation I needed. This one is by one of our best Secret daughters. Cow power is strong here.

When you study this bull at the ground, he is flawless. He offers a stout and correctly shaped foot design. He moves like an athlete with a long and comfortable stride. D50 is one of Dave’s favorite cows.
