GENERAL INFORMATION Lunch: will be available at the sale by the Texas Shorthorn Lassies. Location: The Texas Cattle Exchange, Eastland, Texas, is located at I-20 and FM 3363-Olden Exit. Terms of the sale are cash; checks are accepted. Settlement to be made with the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed from the premises. Cattle are at buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but the management will make every effort to assist in loading in compliance with the buyer’s instructions. All cattle must be removed from the facilities by 5:00 p.m. sale day, April 12, 2014. Billed Accounts: All billed accounts must make arrangements with the management and owners at the conclusion of sale. Accounts are due within 10 days following sale date. At 10 days, a 2% service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and every 30 days thereafter. Phone Bids: will be handled in a most confidential manner. If you are unable to attend the sale personally, simply contact a representative at one of the phone numbers provided far enough in advance to sale day. Ringside assistance will be available sale day. Bidding: All lots sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding bids will be settled by the auctioneer. His decision will be final. Liability: Neither the owners, auctioneer, sale management or other personnel assume any liability, legal or otherwise, nor will they be responsible for any accidents which may occur, but will make every effort to insure the safety and comfort of sale guests.
