A MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL

Gladiator Families,

The 2022-2023 school year was a remarkable year of rejuvenation. Every time our community gathered for events such as Young Author's Celebration or Santa's Workshop, we pinched ourselves as we took a moment to appreciate the fact we could all come together

As we look to this school year and beyond, it is with renewed purpose to deliver on our promise of giving every student the individual attention they need to succeed We are proud to share our three-year Strategic Plan launched last year. This blueprint was developed in partnership with various stakeholders, including parents, faculty, the Board of Trustees, students, and administration The goals will serve as a framework for significant program adoption, guiding day-to-day decisions and measuring our progress. Our completed Strategic Plan recognizes who we are today, what areas we want to grow, and how we will get there

One of the primary focuses of the Strategic Plan is School Safety. Safety and security have always been at the forefront; however, operational needs continually change We must continue to stay on top of new resources and the latest enhancements. This year, we will specifically earmark the money raised from the Gladiator Fund to implement these enhanced safety upgrades and improvements

Atlanta Academy is alive. Our teachers are nurturing and inspiring the lives of our students and your children. On behalf of our Board of Trustees, our faculty and staff, and our students, we thank you for your generosity and support With your help, we look forward to forging new paths together.
