Throughout the year, we launch ~ 50% core, ~50% seasonal items, and very limited, limited! This balance helps you earn from the sales of musthave essential items you sell again and again, as well as engage customers with NEW and "get it while it lasts!" urgency. The following key reflects inventory intentions, however, customer demand and inventory is impossible to predict, so we will always have periods where core may be out of stock and some seasonal may last a bit longer. Encourage customers to grab something they love when they see it.

CORE (C) TIP: 70-100% OF A POP UP DISPLAY LONG product run: items restocked after sellout. Product relevant to a customer year-round. A core collection to share at events. Think of this as core skincare and essential accessories, like the Keepsake bracelet.

Upon new releases, S&D offers Ambassadors additional discounts.

Though we intend to reorder with strong sales performance, you can expect a few sell outs and we will not reorder if the product has a lower sales performance.

SEASONAL (S) TIP: 0-30% OF A POP UP DISPLAY Though we try our best to keep sharp prices and strong Ambassador commissions, we can not keep all items in all sizes in stock. Our goal is to sell through at retail price and avoid markdowns.

MEDIUM product run: items available while supplies last and occasionally restocked to be brought in as a core item. For example, a limited edition scent or summer beach tote.

Since this item is likely to sell out, you may prefer to resell the item you personally purchased. Otherwise, if you'll need to resell the sample at a later date or consider it discounted personal shopping!

All Apparel is Seasonal. Sizes are likely to sell out in certain colors. This is standard in the apparel industry and necessary to not overbuy inventory.

LIMITED (L) SHORT product run: items typically sell out very fast and unlikely to be restocked.

Think of this group as holiday-themed Collector's Edition charms or special edition prints and colors.

NOTE ON IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN & DELIVERIES The impacts of COVID have made our global supply chain much less predictable and have caused delayed production and shipments. In addition to production partner shutdowns, employee shortages at our partner companies and global transportation back up impacts our ability to deliver on time. Thus our new arrivals and restocks are far less predictable.

We pray for the health of our global partners and wish for the safe return to work of all of our shipping and production partners. We are deeply grateful for understanding the more than typical change in product delivers and back in stock dates.
