STEAMBOAT’S RESIDENTIAL SALES BAROMETER
April’s market stayed strong with 150 sales, up from 98 in March, and slightly less from this time last year. Median price rose 1% to $1.3M , and Price per sq ft dipped 2% to $810/sf, showing a slight adjustment after March’s highs. Days on market rose slightly to 31, still much faster than earlier months. Sales volume grew to $251M , and inventory increased to 257 listings Despite minor pricing shifts, April reflects strong demand, rising activity, and a wellpositioned market heading into summer.
