April 2024 Market Update

Heading into the Spring, which historically was a slower season, the market is ramping up. With the number of listings up 28% this March over last, coupled with a 16% increase in sales volume, statistics are suggesting that this may no longer be the case. While inventory is promising, prices continue to rise. With the median sales price sitting at $1.1M, 22% higher than this time last year, price per square foot follows suit. As sellers benefit from higher sales prices and buyers benefit from a muchneeded uptick in inventory, the market proves fruitful for both sides.
