WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THIS PROPERTY?
The endless mountain views, including the amazing unobstructed view of the ski resort, open skies for daily sunrises/sunsets, and greetings from the local wildlife, are all my favorite qualities this home has to offer.
I would have to say my favorite part of the house is that it was designed to frame the landscape. The large picture windows capture everything Steamboat has to offer. I love spending my time in the morning just sitting out on the enormous deck, having coffee with the firepit going and taking in the scenery. It never gets old with front row seats to the various bird species, jack rabbits, deer and occasionally elk, we stay entertained for hours. In the evenings, the show continues with a sky of infinite stars, including shooting stars.
Another favorite of mine is the outdoor hot tub with a view of Sleeping Giant. The mornings in the hot tub consist of more animal sightings along with peace and tranquility the property provides. Also, the hot tub in the evening allows for the perfect location to watch the spectacular sunsets.
The proximity of the Elk River for fishing, the various trails for hiking and Hahn’s Peak for snowmobiling is so convenient to this home. Spending time in the beautiful outdoors is top priority for enhancing the Colorado lifestyle.
I love this home for its privacy and serenity, making the chaos of life calm down.
