Offense - The offensive line is the strength of this unit Headlined by 5-star recruit Darius Gray ‘26, the front five is big, physical and experienced Clelland expects to be able to run the ball well and control the clock The Saints have a bevy of backs, led by Walker Turley ‘26 and Aiden White ‘27, two dangerous options for the Saints Calling the shots is Chase Roberts ‘26, a quarterback who proved himself a powerful presence last year Look out for the Saints on the outside in WR Jaerron Johnson ‘27, who already holds Division I offers JJ Tidwell ‘27 and Finn Walter ‘26 have also shown promise early in the season

Defense - A deep senior linebacker core led by Elijah Brandon and Turley provide great tackling and quick hands with speed and aggressiveness. Up front, Gray mans the middle on a stacked defensive line with numerous options that defensive coordinator Greg Tune can use to put pressure on the quarterback, including MJ Crocker ‘26 and talented wrestler Drew Pendlebury ‘26. The secondary is air tight, led by juniors Austin Robinson and Tidwell and seniors Elisha Asare and Collin Johnson, capping off a great defensive squad.

Special Teams - William Sterling ‘27 has taken over the kicking and punting after getting occasional reps in last year that helped develop his ability.

Overall - This team lost some talented players - Jack Seel ‘25, Addison Gosline ‘25 (UR), Gavin Johnson ‘25 (UVA), Jayden Brown ‘25 (Bridgewater) and Deacon Begley ‘25 to name a few However, the roster is far from bare and includes a nice mix of youth and seniority It has a chance to establish itself and claim a Prep League title as the league schedule opens up later in the season
