I cannot praise the staff enough. Always so caring, happy and I am always treated with dignity. The Hospice is always excellent.

Feedback: You said My mother and father sit in the St Columba room a lot which they love. However, it can get very chilly in there.

The care and treatment has been so good. Cannot thank everyone enough.

Action: We Did Please accept our apologies. We have now resolved this snagging issue with our heating system. We wrote to this patient to say that we were delighted to hear that their experience had been so positive and that they rated the staff and leadership of the Hospice so highly. We always appreciate feedback from patients and families in order that we can continually review and improve the service we provide. Thank you for this feedback.
