Our aim is to get people to the right support as quickly and as easily as possible, so that they can live as they choose for as long as they can. That includes support for the family and carers of the person who is ill; we’re only a phone call away when they need advice or a bit of extra support.

I felt very supported and 100% listened to by the access team. I’ve been reassured and I'm confident in how the Hospice will be able to help my mum as her illness progresses, in turbulent, uncertain times, this is a real anchor.
