The Perfect Christmas Gift….

St. Columba School Annual Teacher and Staff Holiday Collection

During this busy season, shopping for the perfect, individual gift for each person involved in your child’s education can be a hassle and very time-consuming. At St. Columba School, we have a special tradition this time of year to save you that trouble. We give you the opportunity to combine your giving with other school families to provide one impactful, monetary gift to our teachers and staff for Christmas. It provides our hard-working educators a little extra for things like treating themselves to a massage, assisting them with paying for a home improvement project or car repair, or just providing them some extra cash for their Christmas celebration. It can be a great way for school families to come together to show your appreciation; guaranteed to be the perfect gift!

Every year, there is a wrapped and slotted box in the office and the preschool in which you can deposit cash or checks made out to St. Columba School. Be sure to write “Staff Christmas Fund” in the memo. The St. Columba School and St. Columba Preschool communities partner together in this gift-giving collection and the funds are distributed staff-wide before everyone leaves for Christmas break.

The teachers and staff of St. Columba also love receiving cards and hand-made notes from your child, and this is still strongly encouraged. Giving to the fund is completely voluntary.

Please consider all the staff members who work with your children when you choose what amount to give. For the fund to be successful this year, all donations need to be made by end of day Wednesday, December 18th.

Thank you so much for supporting this meaningful initiative.

Sincerely,
