LET'S DO IT!

DATES TO REMEMBER

We have several one-hour capital campaign events throughout the month of October, scheduled around morning drop-off, weekend Mass times, as well as a few early evening happy hours and Zoom events for those unable to attend in person.

It is our hope and prayer that every member of our school community—families, grandparents, and special friends—will attend one of these events, so please share this invitation with your extended family and friends as appropriate.

Please sign-up for a one-hour capital campaign info session by filling out THIS FORM or feel free to simply attend any of these events at your convenience. While RSVPs are not required, they do help us plan if child care is needed, and to send you an email link for the Zoom session should you choose to do virtual.

Thank you so much for staying informed and engaged in this important effort!

Sign-Up to Volunteer for Student Field Day Activities

We are excited to invite you to join us for Field Day on Friday, October 4th, from 12:00 pm—3:00 pm. This joyful afternoon will be filled with fun, fellowship, and games for our students!

Hosted by our Parents Association, Field Day will kick off with a pizza lunch. It will be followed by an afternoon of games and stations from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., where students can participate in everything from physical challenges to brain games and riddles. We’ll wrap up the day with a buddy relay and an ice cream party to celebrate the spirit of teamwork and community that makes St. Columba so special.

This will also be a Free Dress Day, though we kindly ask that all students follow the usual *free dress guidelines on the handout sent home in this week’s Tuesday folder, to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.

We need your helping hands if you’re available to volunteer and assist with the games and activities, please sign up HERE. Your support helps make these events possible, and we greatly appreciate your involvement.

We hope this day will be a fun and memorable experience for our students and staff as a celebration of our school community and the many blessings we’ve been given.

A heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers, supporters, and sponsors who help bring this event to life. We are truly grateful for your continued dedication to our school.

Teacher/Staff Birthday Collection

Each year the Parents Association and classroom parents coordinate various ways to show our appreciation for the School's hard-working and dedicated teachers, administrators, and non-teaching professionals. These efforts include the annual Teacher/Staff Christmas Fund, Teacher/Staff Birthday Collection, and Teacher Appreciation Week.

As we begin a new school year, we give you the opportunity to contribute a single monetary amount to provide one impactful monetary gift to each of our teachers and staff for their birthdays this year. The suggested amount is $25 per family (or any amount you choose) This ensures that the entire staff is celebrated equally as it takes a village to run the School. Giving to the fund is completely voluntary.

For the collection to be successful this year, all donations need to be made by Friday, October 4th .

We hope you will support this meaningful PA initiative by donating HERE today!
