Please Join Us For a Brief Capital Campaign Info Session

Below you will find a schedule of campaign events. St. Columba invites you to attend an upcoming one-hour capital campaign event about our campus improvements. Every church and school family is encouraged to attend one of the campaign events listed in this postcard. We are committed to honoring your time and have scheduled these events to align with the weekend Masses, as well as school drop-off and evening times, to hopefully make it easier for everyone to attend. Childcare will be provided.

BACK TO SCHOOL MASS & OPEN HOUSESATURDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH

Just a quick reminder, we look forward to seeing you at our Back-to-School Family Mass and Open House this Saturday, September 14th at 5:00pm.

To honor your time and limit the number of events during this busy season, we will be hosting an Open House before the Mass, from 3:45pm to 4:45pm. Classrooms will be open, and we encourage you to stop by with your children to say hello to their teachers and get a glimpse into their daily classroom environment. Refreshments will also be provided in the gym.

We hope your family will join us afterward for Mass at 5:00pm. This year, instead of our traditional potluck following Mass, we invite you to enjoy a relaxed evening with your family. It could also be a wonderful time to connect with fellow school families and friends after Mass.

We understand that many families have weekend commitments, whether for sports or other activities. If you cannot attend the Open House, please know there will be an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher during Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will be held on Friday, November 1st.

We hope this will be a meaningful experience for your family, and as always, we welcome your feedback. We are so grateful for your continued support and partnership in making this year a success, and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Sign Up to Serve on a Committee!

The Parents Association is seeking out volunteers to serve on short-term committees for the 2024-25 school year. Our parent volunteers are the backbone of the PA, and we rely on many committee members to support our events and fulfill our goals throughout the year. To respect everyone's busy calendars, we have listed the event dates to allow you to pre-plan. This allows you to provide a commitment for this activity in advance. We understand schedules change and we are doing our best to get information out earlier.

Sign-ups close at the end of September. It truly takes a village and we thank you for considering. Please find the sign-up link below.

The 7th grade is participating in a recycling fundraiser this year and we would love your help We have signed up to recycle sneakers with GotSneakers. All of our proceeds will go toward the new building fund.

This organization will recycle sneakers as well as pay for sneakers in good condition. Help us raise some money, keep old shoes out of landfills and clean out your closet. We will have boxes in the elementary building across from the office and on the entry landing in the Hauser building.
