Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences
Friday, April 19th, is a half day of school for Kindergarten - 8th grade with early dismissal for students at 11:30. Preschool will have a full day on the 19th.
The afternoon is reserved for our optional spring parent/teacher conferences. Please remember that these limited times are for families with major concerns or if a teacher reaches out to you directly to schedule a time to meet. Our teachers are also always available for quick check-ins throughout the year. Please take a moment to reflect and only sign up if you have concerns or situations that you need to share with your student's teacher(s).

St. Columba Spring Social
Save the Date, Saturday, April 27, 2024, St. Columba’s Annual Celebration & Auction at the Strater Hotel. Ticket sales and event info will go out on Monday!
The St. Columba Social is an annual community event and auction where parents, faculty, alumni, and friends gather together for an evening of dinner, drinks, dancing, and FUN to celebrate our School and many supporters. Classroom art and baskets will be auctioned off to support our School. We are excited to have the event at The Strater Hotel this year!
Parents Association Upcoming Gatherings
‘Parents Happy Hour Mixer, Tuesday April 9th, 5-6pm, at Zia North Cantina (2nd floor): Come have happy hour with other parents This is a spin-off of the Parents Coffee and another opportunity to connect with each other and discuss school happenings We look forward to seeing you!
*We will be alternating monthly between coffee and happy hour in an effort to honor everyone’s busy schedules and to increase inclusivity.
Spring Music Programs - April 24th
The K-4 Spring Program will be Wednesday, April 24th at 5:00 pm. Please join us for a night of songs from Movies and TV shows. The kids have worked really hard, and we can't wait to share this night with you! Performers are asked to wear either their school uniform or their Sunday best. Doors will open at 4:45 so that the performers can report to their classrooms and the audience can take their seats in the gym. Please look over the song lyrics with your students in these last few weeks before the show.
The Middle School Spring Concert (including all 5th graders) will be Wednesday, April 24th at 6:30 pm. The kids have prepared a fun night of Movie and TV show songs and other popular songs and are eager to perform for an audience! Students are asked to wear either their school uniform or school appropriate dressy clothes. Band students should arrive at 6:05 to assemble instruments and tune. The doors will open at 6:15 for all other performers and the audience.
We are looking forward to a wonderful evening!

Reminder that we ask all of our current families to complete your registration this week before we move to those on our waitlist.

St. Columba School's Kindergarten registration is ready to go. Please click the Kindergarten Registration Form to sign up. This form tends to work better on a computer but will also work on a mobile device. Please make sure to hit submit at the end. Please submit the form by April 10th at the latest. As you know, we only have 25 Kindergarten spots, so you will want to make sure to sign up during this timeframe to guarantee your spot. The form is only shared with our current preschoolers, parishioners, and siblings of current students at this point and will open to the public in the middle of April.
