How to Reserve a Park Shelter
All Reservation requests must be submitted through our portal. Please see the links to the right for availability and to make a reservation request. If reserving for an organization, you must create the CivicRec account as an “individual” account type instead of “organization.” Organization accounts will not allow you to reserve a facility or create a login to be able to pay for your rental once approved. Once an online reservation request has been made, a staff member will review your request and either adjust or approve your rental. Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay your balance within 10 business days.
